To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間歷史悠久的鋪仔「大圍鹿苑」,真是讓我感受到傳統的魅力!這裡的雙拼只需$48,非常划算。我點了牛肚雲吞米,味道相當不錯,湯底鮮香,雲吞的餡料也很豐富。不過,聽到周圍很多人點魚旦河、淨魚蛋和牛雜蛋河,讓我忍不住想下次再來試試這些人氣選擇。

牛腩牛雜米和沙爹牛肉麵真的是兩道超好吃的美食!先說牛腩牛雜米,這道菜的牛腩煮得軟嫩入味,搭配上牛雜,像是牛肚和牛腸,口感特別豐富。通常會淋上濃郁的醬汁,然後配上熱騰騰的白米飯,簡直是絕配!吃的時候,還可以加點青菜,讓整體更清爽。再來是沙爹牛肉麵,這道麵條的特色就是那個沙爹醬,香香的,還帶點微辣。牛肉切片後用沙爹醬炒,味道超級濃郁,然後和麵條拌在一起,吃起來特別過癮。上面再撒點香菜,讓整碗麵看起來更誘人。這兩道菜不

一間多年麵店,座落大圍站附近,一間老麵店。很多年沒有到此區選食物,想不到嚟到就係佢。。。價錢ok啦,普通米粉麵都係約39蚊,除非你想雙併,特色精品爽腩類,就會貴d。今日早午餐合併當下午茶食,決定豐富一點,選了牛腩米及凈水餃。大約10分鐘就製作完成帶回家太肚餓,一打開牛腩米就係咁食,米粉都吸收到牛腩汁,超惹味。牛腩易咬又入味,冇選錯。之後就以水餃清清地作結。外賣碗仔細細,都有5大粒,每粒都好足分量。

---今次去咗鹿苑試咗佢哋嘅魚蛋雲吞麵,真係一個舒服嘅午餐選擇。麵條彈牙得嚟唔會太硬,湯底清甜,一啲都唔會太鹹或者油膩,好適合追求健康飲食嘅人。至於魚蛋,彈性十足,每一啖都飽滿得嚟入口即溶。雲吞裡面嘅餡料也好實在,皮薄餡多,同湯底完美融合。飲品方面,佢哋嘅豆漿真係另一個驚喜,甜度啱啱好,豆香味濃郁又唔膩。還有,別忘咗試下佢哋嘅牛丸,質感彈牙而且味道鮮美,每一粒牛丸都令人回味無窮。總括來講,鹿苑嘅魚蛋雲吞麵、豆漿同牛丸都值得推介,仲有辣椒油勁香勁辣,下次再去絕對會再點嚟食。---

下午茶時間都未食午餐,但有嘢要喺大圍趕住做,見間舖有點歷史,諗住食淨水餃應該穩陣,點知碗水餃浸住湯都又乾又柴,裏面嘅蝦好似曬到一半嘅蝦干,餡唔新鮮,成碗嘢死鹹,味精又重,鹹到喉嚨唔舒服,之後飲咗好多水。第一次幫襯亦應該冇下次。
