To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮮蝦菜苗餃多蝦肉, 豉汁蒸排骨有芋頭, 潮州粉果裏面有多餡, 牛肉球有肉汁,夠彈,夠大粒
今次三個人去,加埋茶錢每位七蚊, 埋單都係$123 ,大家都食到飽飽 所以都係大家去飲下午茶的不二之選,值得-試
枱上有點心紙,但無筆,有QR紙網上落單,但卻找不到點心紙上的套餐...好了,點了蘿蔔糕,轉頭說沒有唯有改叫芋頭糕,來的是微暖但明顯煎了很久膠感又勁鹹的物體,燒賣與鳳爪也極鹹,窩麵是一餅餅沒剪斷,廚房連西蘭花也懶切,像拳頭大。好了,期間樓面阿姐依然行來行去,人客沒幾枱,只有熟客在,阿姐手腳也快起來...這樣的服務態度,不知所謂極了。

末解凍。d肥牛d邊邊已經雪到凍壞左既feel,黑色。到左收錢先最過分,外面寫住6人同行一人免費。我有3大3小。佢收我5個大人既錢。。重要唔係平。完全係無言。。永遠都唔會再食。垃圾一間,真心唔會再幫襯

等咗一陣 先來嚟咗一碟星米 但其他點心等咗成九個字都未嚟,最後終於忍唔住搵人問吓,原本經理仲想扮睇唔到直行直過,要好大聲咁叫佢先肯停低,原來根本冇落到單,嗰度啲員工會自己收埋啲紙唔遞單俾人
等咗成個鐘淨係嚟咗一碟星米 都幾無奈 仲要一句道歉都冇
個牛肉係酸菜底,唔係腐皮底,size又細,又唔好食❌;蝦餃個皮食落同公仔點心差唔多❌; 蝦腸凍既,仲要有少少酸❌,鳳爪普通。唔怪得呢間餐廳轉手咁多次。
比地鐵連鎖店既質素仲差,我會去番西灣河地舖果間買,生命很短,我覺得自己浪費了一個限額。
上次去食飯的時候叫佢餐牌上的孖寶,服務還可以的,不過,一叫之下,味道真的十分之難以接受,叫白切雞,炒聖士皇,雞十分之冷,聖士還可。
到最近,工作行開,再去上址,有感上次之感受,故此一開始便不叫孖寶,但丫姐即時黑面,像殺父仇人似的,感覺十分之不好,上菜後,食物一般,服務奇差,可以揀的,不要去
幸好,預早訂枱,到達時已經很多人了..
奇怪,此特別日子,人手嚴重短缺,等左好耐都無人前來招呼及落單,舉目望去,全個場只有一、兩個待應,做到一頭煙!
魚湯浸勝瓜魚肚,$98,上枱時看到已經不對版,魚湯水汪汪的,淡如開水,魚肚不似魚肚,咬落去似厚豬皮,味道亦似豬皮,結果,馬上投訴,要取消呢味餸😡
龍躉兩味,炒球及蒸魚頭腩,$320,一般
叉燒王,$120,大部份全瘦,只有一、兩片有好小好小半肥瘦的,最離譜係塊塊都好大舊,成尺長,叫人點咬呀...
全是敷衍,馬虎的製作,食到火起!
