嚟到見到門口寫住pizza停止供應,原來今日係最後一日😧呢間分店要結業。餐湯係忌廉蘑菇湯,個人覺得太creamy😓香煎鱸魚牛油果香草醬意粉($148)話明係香煎變咗炸😰魚都算大條。香草醬冇香草味,撈埋左牛油果有啲苦味🤢呢個份量都還可以。香草番茄醬家鄉火雞肉丸長通粉($108)份量較少,意粉煮得較腍同埋個汁好水😓肉丸都有四粒,但係大粒。溫泉蛋卡邦尼意粉($98)份量啱啱好,溫泉蛋可以再生D。Creamy咗D,都多煙肉。蟹肉白酒刁草紅胡椒天使麵($148)反而呢個質素幾好,天使麵都算多,蟹肉都幾多,雖然見到一粒粒同胡椒,但係冇乜紅胡椒味。太多塊蒜片😓差唔多食每一啖都有。芒果汁(+$14)比較濃縮同埋甜,都幾好味嘅,唔係新鮮嘅價錢貴。雖然佢仲有幾間分店,但係呢一間真係食物唔掂,所以結業係有原因嘅👌🏻 continue reading

近期壓力超標,心情亦感到相當沉重,放工後決定吃點美味的減壓。  The Point的地點就腳,位於銅鑼灣食肆林立的登龍街內。  餐廳似落地玻璃為設計,感覺開揚,天花上更掛有The Point大型燈飾字眼,設計簡約時尚。 龍蝦湯 龍蝦湯很美味,龍蝦味非常濃厚,湯底不稠不稀,加上忌廉後,質感更細滑。 龍蝦芝士焗通粉 賣相討好,大大隻龍蝦鉗,非常霸氣,龍蝦肉口感爽彈,味道鮮甜,新鮮感滿分,而通粉就是大型貝殼粉,入口煙韌有彈性,掛上香草蕃茄醬汁後,很惹味。  意大利奶凍 很喜歡這裏的奶凍,不但賣相精緻,而且口感細膩,滑捊捊,奶味香濃,吃後心情立即變好。 Hazelnut Latte 以Hazelnut Latte配奶凍,簡直是perfect match,Latte口感綿滑,入口先是榛子果香,慢慢滲出咖啡的濃醇感,層次感重,推!! The Point 銅鑼灣登龍街52號地舖 continue reading

近年很多食肆進駐將軍澳,今晚和太太到將軍澳中心逛公司兼晚膳,呢間The Point位於商場,環境舒適,由於商場有晒指示,很容易揾倒。點了二人晚餐,三文魚沙律夠清新,蔬菜新鲜。炸鷄翼夠香脆,比較细隻。軟殼蟹鲜蝦薄餅賣相吸引,軟殼蟹一開二,每人半隻,炸得香脆鬆軟,薄餅口感軟熟,唔似一般意大利薄餅有嘅脆邊,又唔會咁肥滯。主菜選了紅酒燴羊膝,即叫即做,等候需時。原隻羊膝上碟,炆得很腍滑,軟熟帶膻香,醬汁香濃美味。另叫了一客brownie加雪糕分享,甜品熱盤上桌,朱古力香濃太甜,整體食物幾啱口味。 continue reading
