To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日weekday lunch黎到揾食, 唔算好餓就諗住食湯麪見大快活有個雪菜肉絲米+雞脾幾吸引就叫咗好耐無食先知依家有得掃枱面qr code落餐, 但反而無得送餐過黎如果可以向M記學習下就方便好多雞脾好食的, 都算啖啖肉又幾滑幾入味但個雪菜肉絲米呢 簡直災難 成世人都未食過點解可以咁難食應該係個湯唔知點整出黎, 有啲酸酸哋, 但唔係你食雪菜會expect食到嘅味全靠有嗰兩條腸先食到多啲, 理解唔到點解咁簡單嘅雪菜肉絲米可以整到咁難食, never again

今日諗唔到食咩、喺附近返工、大快活食嘢。門口見到佢有兩餸飯嘅推廣banner,以為外賣先可以食,點知原來係堂食都有嘅。佢係非常之抵食,兩餸都係$38 ,再加一杯嘢飲。今次叫咗魚香茄子同埋肉碎芝士腸煎蛋飯,原本以為佢上嘅方式會係好似兩餸飯咁一格一格咁擺,點知原來佢係一碗一碗,一個餸就配返一碗飯喺底,個味道其實就都係平時食開嘅魚香茄子嘅味道,不過佢係細碗一啲,分開兩餸飯就變相可以食到兩款,其實都幾唔錯嘅,最緊要價錢非常之抵

呢度只係一個餐但分咗2餐食 好抵🙌🏻。每周驚喜早餐 $30多士 餐肉 烚蛋 熱飲芝士煙肉通粉(指定款)加+2 可轉其他粉面通粉幾好食個樣好似喺超市買個d獨立包裝 快熟芝士通心粉咁有d creamy 味夠 份量正常好食過 佢哋本身整開嘅雪菜肉絲 香辣肉醬米/通粉(可能第一次食 對我來講有新鮮感)餐肉 有兩塊 但係偏鹹浸左落啲通粉湯度 都係覺得鹹。皮蛋瘦肉粥 加配$9.5味夠 個粥綿 好食過附近嗰間x粥館可惜佢得一款粥最後打包咗個多士同粥(自備外賣杯) 做下午茶要留意 如果成set轉做外賣粥/湯粉個款 個碗少咗1/4

有次想起大快活、大家樂這些快餐店的燕麥,他好像叫做麥皮,通常都比較甜香,有點像吃粥,但又帶點甜香,感覺味道不錯,有天想起,上班前買個外賣。經常以為到快餐店買外賣要很多時間,但其實落單之後稍微等一會兒,不消七8分鐘便可以拿走。而且只有三四樣東西,炒蛋灓細團,雖然夠滑,但是非常之細團,吃得不是味兒,蘿蔔糕也只有一件,不是煎得太過透切,可能新年你到婆婆嫲嫲家,隨隨便便,也有四五大塊蘿蔔糕😒多到你吃不完,不用故意來快餐店吃早餐買蘿蔔糕;燕麥的份量就比較大碗,起碼都有一碗粥的份量那麼多,大快活的好像沒有大家樂的那麼甜。茶走味道都是普普通通,但比較可取的是,煉奶是一包外賣包裝,客人可以自行按喜好落多少煉奶。30多元一個早餐,說貴不貴,但是只是每樣都有少少的早餐,其實飽肚程度不會俾你買兩個麵包更加多。

焗豬扒飯 , 付款後好快送到. 放入口是涼的, 飯粒因為放得耐已經有點濕.豬扒肉質鬆軟得過份 , 是軟綿綿那一種口感 , 已經沒有肉味.有職員經過告知, 佢話幫我焗過 , 一係叮過.有冇攪錯 , 焗完的飯 -> 凍左 -> 再叮, 出嚟都唔知係乜.算數, 肚餓 , 草草食完. 當然旁邊小碟配菜也是凍的.以後一定唔會再嚟
