To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 焗豬扒飯 , 付款後好快送到. 放入口是涼的, 飯粒因為放得耐已經有點濕.豬扒肉質鬆軟得過份 , 是軟綿綿那一種口感 , 已經沒有肉味.有職員經過告知, 佢話幫我焗過 , 一係叮過.有冇攪錯 , 焗完的飯 -> 凍左 -> 再叮,  出嚟都唔知係乜.算數, 肚餓 , 草草食完.  當然旁邊小碟配菜也是凍的.以後一定唔會再嚟
