To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日飯揀食牛角燒肉實無死！，在燒肉界擁有屹立不搖的地位 。咁多年都keep到水準，質素穩定。首先，生日優惠，送上嘅和牛蛋糕，擺盤超靚，勁打卡！網燒和牛喎！一個字！爽！牛肉質地超嫩，雪花❄️油脂分佈勁靚！每一啖都爆哂油脂肉汁，火侯燒到啱啱好再配上日式醬汁。鹹甜適中，令牛肉味道更上一層樓。真係令人難以抗拒。除咗牛肉之外，我哋都嗌左菠蘿🍍烤熟咗嘅菠蘿特別爆汁清甜，配埋燒肉一齊食，解一解個油膩感，真係無敵嘅組合！總括嚟講，無論係味道、質素定係配搭都係一流，家庭聚餐定係朋友聚會，呢度都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。

一星期內二刷，呢間分店好似特別美味新裝修後上星期嚟食過一次，之後念念不忘一星期內又再encore多次裝修後環境更明亮，日系和木色系坐得好舒服員工都十分nice，見我哋有小朋友同桌，等餐點時俾咗畫板佢哋玩住等有好幾樣野食都令我想encore:🐷蜜糖豚肉-呢個真係超好食!!! 我地一向都鍾意食肥豬肉，呢款仲加埋蜜糖嘅香甜味，超正!!!🐮濃湯川燙和牛-呢個係期間限定menu之一，湯底係好似牛骨湯咁奶白色，十分香濃，裡面嘅和牛片份量都算多，軟滑又有和牛香，冬天必點!!🐔日本手羽先(鹽醬)-小朋友大愛，鹽醬口味好香口又唔會太咸~🐃上級牛頸脊/極上黑毛和牛肩胛赤身-呢兩款牛嘅肥瘦都適中，有油香得來唔會太油膩相信我地每次嚟海港城都會心心念念再嚟encore~ 用KABU pass APP仲可以遙距取票!
