To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大快活午市套餐~牛肉拼雞扒飯凍綠茶加隻鹹蛋總共$51 ~牛肉普普通通,雞扒凍嘅雞皮腥~希望下次帶他們可以做熱啲管好嘅品質,因為都有好多學生果食,令到今次嘅感受有點不愉快~

晚餐同媽媽去大快活食飯,不過我就覺得大快活晚市既選擇越黎越少,或者係好多都好早就賣晒😢未到8點野食都冇左一半😢今晚唔係幾想食飯,想食麵多啲,點知望完成個餐牌都係得肉醬意粉唔係飯,咁就唯有叫肉醬意粉食啦~反正都好耐冇食。賣相睇落唔錯,醬汁都好多,食到最後唔會得返麵冇醬,麵既軟咬到都適中,唔會太硬都唔會太淋,好易入口👍🏻食下食下好快就食晒,我諗男人食呢個應該會唔夠飽,因為我食完都唔係話太飽🤣

銀芽肉燥撈麵肉燥算幾鹹,麵嘅口感覺得有d硬硬地。皮蛋瘦肉粥皮蛋份量都okay,瘦肉係好多好細嘅一絲絲,好過鞋口,粥底可以,整體味道正常茶走覺得茶底差咗少少,但口感都可以

同事喺佢屋企附近嘅大快活,幫我買咗早餐🥣真心無論去到邊度,食個大快活嘅吉列豬扒煎雙蛋早餐都覺得好滿足,朝早食完晏晝都可以好晏先至食嘢🤣有時想食蘿蔔糕就煮蘿蔔糕,有時想食脆啲熱氣嘢,就會叫多士,加多杯凍綠茶或者熱檸茶就Perfect!

講到快餐店既健康之選點可以唔提起大快活,佢之前有個紅糙米套餐,又有不落味精套餐都非常健康!而今日我就選擇左牛扒雞胸套餐。有做開GYM既人都知雞胸係好健康,冇乜脂肪,呢個套餐既雞胸都係一樣,而且大快活既雞胸又唔會煮到「好鞋」好難入口,兩舊雞胸既份量剛剛好,同埋佢又有一塊薄牛扒for你配搭黎食。而可能呢個係主打健康既套餐,佢D汁食落都唔咸,可能減左鹽掛,而配菜方面,除左有常見既椰菜之外,仲有少少翠肉瓜,幾好既配搭。總結成個套餐健康得黎又唔會話唔好食。
