To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講到快餐店既健康之選點可以唔提起大快活,佢之前有個紅糙米套餐,又有不落味精套餐都非常健康!而今日我就選擇左牛扒雞胸套餐。有做開GYM既人都知雞胸係好健康,冇乜脂肪,呢個套餐既雞胸都係一樣,而且大快活既雞胸又唔會煮到「好鞋」好難入口,兩舊雞胸既份量剛剛好,同埋佢又有一塊薄牛扒for你配搭黎食。而可能呢個係主打健康既套餐,佢D汁食落都唔咸,可能減左鹽掛,而配菜方面,除左有常見既椰菜之外,仲有少少翠肉瓜,幾好既配搭。總結成個套餐健康得黎又唔會話唔好食。
