To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近發生一啲事,心情唔好。都冇乜胃口出去食好西,屋企又冇飯食,唔知食乜好,唯有落樓下大快活是但叫個平時食開既咕嚕肉飯就算。色就好靚,但粉都又多,肉又鞋鞋地。唔知係心情唔好唔想食,定係今日大快活煮得差左而唔想再食。

大快活近年主打健康路線。除咗少鹽少油少糖之外。近年亦推出咗一系列嘅紅米飯。為一眾想食得健康而又無時間自己煮嘅人多咗一種選擇。見最近新年食得比較多。今日又焗住要食外賣。咁就選擇咗大快活嘅雞胸紅米飯之前都試過減肥而餐餐食水煮雞胸。食到有少少驚。但無計。新年過後的確要減。首先個飯的叫咗少汁。因為汁往往都係最致肥。但無汁嘅話又好難入口。雞雞唔會話完全無味。佢都有加到少少調味料嘅。入口都唔會話鞋。至於紅米飯就係我嘅至愛。好好食

今天途經大快活快餐店,真意想不到現今煲仔飯竟然可以外賣!二話不説,便進店試試外賣買我最喜歡吃的煲仔飯了。外賣煲仔飯只是另加$6便可連煲一起帶回家。後來得知,若日後退回瓦煲,更可慳回$6。等了大約十分鐘左右,我便拿著一個非常貼心的外賣盒回家。~臘腸冬菇滑雞煲仔飯一打開瓦煲蓋,一股熱氣湧出來,頓覺滿足。淋上煲仔飯豉油更香溢四射。這個飯的材料豐富,計有冬菇、滑雞和小臘腸。醃過的連皮雞件仍是滑的,味道恰到好處。吸收了雞和其他材料味道的粒粒飯,連同底部的飯焦便是煲仔飯精華所在,令人不期然一啖接一啖的吃掉整煲飯。雖然近日已進入秋天,但氣溫仍是三十度有多。在這炎熱的天氣下,吃熱騰騰的煲仔飯仍覺滿足。
