To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前喺大快活食咗個下午茶食返最普通嘅經典組合西多士雞髀紅豆冰呢個組合真係一個絕配佢都整得正正常常西多士同埋雞髀炸得不錯而紅豆冰都夠紅豆同味道整體嚟講一個下午茶嚟講佢係冇得輸。

我最近到大快活餐廳品嚐了他們的招牌菜式,冬菇滑雞鱆魚肉餅煲仔飯。這道菜給了我一個滿足的用餐體驗。這道煲仔飯看起來非常吸引人。煲仔中擺了冬菇、滑嫩的肉餅和一碗熱騰騰的飯。菜色的香氣扑鼻而來,讓人垂涎欲滴。口感細軟,肉質可接受,與其他配料融合。這道煲仔飯的風味豐富而濃郁,每一口都能感受到不同的層次。每一種食材都保持了原有的特色,同時又相互融合,形成了一個完美的整體味道。整體而言,大快活的冬菇滑雞鱆魚肉餅煲仔飯是一道令人滿意的菜式。味道豐富,而且份量十足,足以滿足飢腸轆轆的胃口。

今次踩入「大快活」,試吓佢哋嘅美食,真係一啖一啖嘅食得出心機。脆皮腸嘅口感嚟講啦,真係爽口得嚟又唔會太肥膩,啖啖肉嘅感覺喺啲肉汁中完美呈現出嚟。轉轉口,一啖啲麵,辣肉醬泡麵就真係夠哂嗆、夠哂勁,仲有種來勁嗰種香味撲鼻而嚟。至於西多士呢,我就話係脆到喺口裏嗲嗲咁,點上啲牛油同鍊奶,哇,味道簡直正到爆燈!咖啡嘅話,簡直係畫龍點睛,一啖咖啡唔單止香濃,仲送上個心型圖案,添點溫馨感,好過癮呀!整體嚟講,是但揀幾樣都唔會失手,滿足晒想吃得好又唔使太貴嘅心願。呢度絕對係食得起又食得香嘅好地方🎉🍗🍞!

颱風過後, 好快又回復正常,冇買30幾蚊斤嘅菜芯, 所以就去附近醫肚,乾手淨腳。 行經大快活, 見到有個宣傳海佈, 叫星,馬,泰盛薈,見啲相好吸引, 全部都係惹味新菜式, 可以叫套餐, 有飯有湯, 最貴都係60蚊, 價錢都算合理, 所以就叫咗嗰星洲咖啡肉排試下。 個例湯味道尚可, 如果味道可以再濃少少就更好, 個咖啡排骨件數都多, 但唔覺有咖啡味,反而係酸酸甜甜, 有啲似濃味版京都骨,因為未响星加坡食過呢個菜式, 所以真係唔知正唔正宗, 總體嚟講, 味道都不錯。
