之前同個客去左格蘭中心睇醫生,睇完醫生再同佢去醫五臟廟啦,見隔離係以前藝人鄧一君開「一君士多」 ,睇見好似幾有香港舊有特色,一於去幫襯下,門口有一幅佢嘅poster 間店有好多舊有香港特色小食,亦都有新派嘅創意食物經濟大眾化下午茶餐都有好多個選擇我見一場嚟到個肚又餓,一於試吓佢招牌推介富豪霸麵,價錢雖然比較高但我覺得係一試無妨,佢食材裏面都用料十足同佢個名一樣鮑魚有兩隻,細細隻,食落爽口彈牙牛筋入晒味,而且炆到好淋,入口即溶嘅感覺有花菇大大隻花膠幾大塊,有兩三塊係入面,講真每款食材要整都好麻煩、用好長時間廣島蠔冇腥味 讚我覺得一君士多入面有值得讚嘅係佢麻辣油,因為佢麻辣好香椒麻味,仲有我覺得佢同以往我食車仔麵嘅感覺唔同, 佢環境乾淨好多香港人、香港事、香港味蜜餞雞翼上枱時熱辣辣,蜜糖味好香,皮脆肉嫩 continue reading

聽人講一君士既餐廳開到去尖沙咀,我當然要去試下啦!聽講lunch hour 好多人,我今日同朋友下午茶時段先到,好彩即時有位!霸王麵一君士多出名用高級食材做車仔麵,我同朋友share左呢個最豐富既霸王麵,有鮑魚,花膠,桶蠔,花菇等等,認真架勢,多到鋪滿個麵底,啖啖都係送,值得一試!六寶麵呢個係下午茶特價之選,35蚊真係好抵食,有齊唔同既丸類,真係好足料,正!蘑菇芝士雞翼呢個小食真係不得了,芝士蘑菇釀入左去無骨雞翼入面,一口咬落去完全唔使’lun’骨,o係屋企我一定唔會整呢味送了,很多功夫。呢味小食岩哂我d懶人食,又煎得好香脆,值得一試!炸蝦餅和油菜另外追加了兩款小食,呢度勝在野食定價唔高,幾個人黎可以share黎食又唔貴,尖沙咀有呢間店真係岩哂唔同人食! continue reading

因為一君的關係,我一直都想來幫襯,今日終於帶了男友來吃個晚餐。裝修以木為主題,加上復古的罩燈很有懷舊的風情。牆上的圖也很可愛呢。點菜用點餐紙直接tick就可以了。車仔麵也可以吃的豪氣!這富貴麵有鮑魚和花膠,正如其名!另外還有菜和花菇作點綴~有咬口的鮑魚和軟滑花膠的體積不少,很足料。湯是蠔油味,質感濃稠就如炆鮑魚和花菇的汁,讓整碗麵都充滿鮮甜的味道。千萬不要錯過枱上的辣油和麻辣汁!尤其是右邊那款麻辣汁真的會吃上癮,不會很辣,麻中帶鹹,味道非常香!期待店家推出可售的麻辣汁!中場來個即炸的小食,芝士蘑菇釀雞翼。每隻都很飽滿,炸成金黃色,皮脆肉嫩,再加上半溶芝士和多汁蘑菇,用點麻辣汁,是一大享受!再來個主菜,火山之牛飯。肥牛圍著白飯山,頂部還有芝士和蛋,就如舖雪的火山。秘製牛肉汁是重點,充滿濃郁牛味,跟飯混一起吃,再多的飯也吃得下!肥牛不會太多膏,夠牛味,整體不錯。我很久沒喝到這種奶茶了,很有瓦煲奶茶的風味,質感順滑,茶味清香帶點甜,茶味比奶味重,非常香!這一餐吃的可以說是新潮的港式食物!希望能一直好好經營下去! continue reading
