這家平價韓式燒肉店應該是我在香港吃過性價比最高的烤肉店,韓國烤肉在香港價格都不便宜。而這家竟然能低至68人一個燒烤套餐,簡直是絕了。 它家位置非常好,就在地鐵站離的Mikiki商場,這個商場離我家很近,我經常來打卡,裏面也有不少不錯的餐廳。我點了他們的招牌68塊錢的豬肉烤肉套餐,豬肉有點肥,但是半肥瘦的豬肉配上生菜,太好吃了。整個套餐除了有主食,還配有沙拉和湯。點了一個牛肉的套餐,這個套餐是兩種牛肉組成牛肉的套餐,牛的質量非常的好,一種牛肉偏肥,一種牛肉偏瘦,套餐配有白米飯,還配有沙拉和湯,一個套餐下來很劃算。饮品我們點了兩杯咖啡,買一送一,並且點了兩杯特飲,特飲點了荔枝玫瑰花,這個是我每次來都一定會點的。最後說一下它家的甜品,每一次吃完都會在它家加一份窩夫或者冰沙,因爲價格實在太劃算了,你在外面這種環境絕對吃不到這種品質。

饮品我們點了兩杯咖啡,買一送一,並且點了兩杯特飲,特飲點了荔枝玫瑰花,這個是我每次來都一定會點的。
最後說一下它家的甜品,每一次吃完都會在它家加一份窩夫或者冰沙,因爲價格實在太劃算了,你在外面這種環境絕對吃不到這種品質。

五花腩切得比較薄而且爐夠猛所以好快熟,要小心睇火,第一次燒牛仔骨時無處理過就放入過爐,感覺唔多入味,第二轉再燒時先用淋上燒汁,再用個夾篤吓件牛仔骨,篤至肉質鬆散先至燒,口感同味道正好多!

牛肉餅同豬肉餅好奇怪,燒果時完全無散開,但入口又好鬆軟 Juicy.

一韓燒仲有個賣點係飲品,我地點咗荔枝梳打同梳打,用倒插擺放方法,好鬼有台型!原本無打算叫咖啡,隔離枱叫咗一杯外相好吸引,於是我地又點一杯朱古力咖啡,味道又濃又夠甜 (Apps 落單時可以揀多甜少甜多冰少冰).

食完之後問小熊個肚有無痛,佢話個肚只係好脤無痛,但我部電單車被人搬攪到刮花! 心痛!

未去過啟德站,原來已經建築了很多大廈,剛剛好朋友搬了入去住,今晚約了去新蒲崗Mikiki商場一韓燒食晚飯。見到有一個飽住瘦身餐,淨係聽個名就要叫一個啦😊之前都聽過生銅飲食可以減肥,呢個餐就係無飯,以韓式菜包黑毛豬五花肉,食起來冇咁油膩,又可以有啲菜健康啲,跟餐仲有迷你沙律、韓風湯。一韓「芝」味餐有好多嘢食,包括牛五花、豬頸肉、嫩雞肉、芝士年糕2件,一次過食到牛豬雞,仲有芝士年糕添,好滿足,跟餐包迷你沙律、韓風湯。喜歡食牛嘅朋友的確好開心,除咗套餐仲可以加配其他肉類,横膈膜肉、牛五花、牛板腱、美國牛仔骨、牛小排等。熱比利時朱古力,要了少甜好味;青蘋果乳酸味道比較清新,因為支持環保,走了飲管。甜品是奶油芒果牛角包窩夫,加配芒果味雪糕球更豐富😋。

放假想食燒烤,就選左呢間定食的韓燒。本人食量較細,食放題會吾抵,定量的燒肉就十分適合我,性價比十分高。加左300g架牛五花,都係八十幾蚊。牛五花肉啖啖牛油的肉香味,加試個飯同沙律,一點也不膩,真係一口接一口。不過個韓風湯不太特別。就一般的味噌湯。佢架燒肉醬好多選擇,個人特別鐘意個日式燒肉醬汁,令到肉甜得來又有日式風味。除左日本燒肉汁,仲有韓或式燒肉汁同其他兩種醬。呢間餐廳自助形式,自己燒同電子形式下單。十分適合和朋友聊天食飯的人,不被打擾!

牛大腸及牛小腸
若兩者相比,牛大腸的脂肪量較牛小腸多,雖然燒香後內層大部分脂肪都被迫出來,但入口時仍有一股油香,口感亦較牛小腸有咬口,相反,牛小腸燒香後,外層會變得香脆,兩者比較個人較喜歡牛小腸。

除了轉韓燒外,餐廳還有人氣韓式甜品,雪花冰及牛角包窩夫,最後我與bff各自點了兩款窩夫吃。

奶醬牛角包窩夫及柚子蜜糖牛角包窩夫
窩夫是即叫即做,賣相討好,窩夫口感香脆,內層柔軟,入口有層疊層的酥皮感,奶醬窩夫上加了雪糕及花生粒,吃時味道有點像花生醬西多,而柚子蜜糖窩夫上層則時淋上大量蜜糖及柚子蜜,味道酸酸甜甜,充滿柚子果香。
