好鐘意食呢間既蠔仔泡飯,湯夠熱啲蠔又夠大隻,有一兩隻咬落去會爆汁咬親口,湯底我覺得好惹味wor,連埋啲肉碎吞超正,可能我重口味😂店員態度親切,不過唔知點解係要用發泡膠不過好似年代久遠啲果餐具,每次食都覺少少唔環保。客人要坐舖外對坐馬路,接受到都幾有風味既~但佢加價加得好快下,由上年5字頭人食到衣家$68,但份量好似仲少左,我一個女仔食都唔太飽,考慮下加大份量la haha,加多啲飯比我食飽都好丫haha😂 continue reading

119大口銀針粉位置旺角山東街盡頭,位置算偏僻,幾難揾。餐牌就是貼於店鋪外,選擇不算多。廚房一眼看去,簡單爐具,衛生還好。一睇價錢就覺得有點誇張,$63碗蠔仔泡飯。$39細銀針,加底加$10。小店黎講標價好高。心諗咁貴應該好食既,就決定試下。先講下銀針粉,配料偏多,味道好咸。味道感覺好多雞粉咁,失望。蠔仔泡飯,價錢$63。蠔仔腥味,味道十分咸,都係好重雞粉個種味。真係食左幾啖就無食。其實好少咁失望,但價錢貴又味道如此。 continue reading

之前聽我個fd話旺角有間野食銀針粉而且都ok , 因為細個時都幾鍾意食銀針粉,所以想懷念下d味道,見今日得閒就走去搵下呢間野(位置都幾難搵下),後尾都終於搵到,咁坐低叫碗粉嘞。。。。食完之後俾錢,因我個fd之前同我講廿幾蚊碗,咁我就以為仲係28蚊,跟住俾錢,點知個老細話40蚊碗(其實都有d怪自己無睇清楚),如果早知呢個價錢我就唔會食,因我個fd都係兩,3個月前食,所以無諗到咁快加價,仲要加成7蚊咁多,即35蚊碗,仲要因為年尾呢d藉口加多5蚊,total收人40蚊碗,無野吖麻,你一加加到35蚊碗,我算,因為唔會有下次,仲要借d2加多人5蚊,真係有冇搞錯,憑咩呀?而且應該要事前就要同人講加多5蚊吖(况且又唔係新年假期間),碗野又唔係真係好好食,只不過係普普通通,d什餸完全無味道,所有野只係配落一個雞粉湯同大量麻油到,而且份量又少(餸料同粉都好少),40蚊食碗咁既野,早知去食個飯好過~ continue reading

記得小時候,銀針粉是一樣非常普遍的食材,到處都能見到它的踪影,炒銀針粉亦是茶市的其中一款常見食品。但時至今日,銀針粉竟已是難得一見了。早前聽聞有間專賣此小吃的店子;怎料去到已關門歇業,認真失望頂透!當得悉新舖在山東街再次開業時已急不及待到訪;回味一下兒時的味道。店舖非常細小;四四方方,就如圖中所見,座位只有大約十個八個的分佈於店子外圍,內裡便是廚房,再多人可能便要立食了。今晚人手只有兩名,人龍卻是不斷;當中大部分都屬外賣。原來今晚才是正式開業(之前屬試業),所以只有少量食品可供選擇。大口銀針湯粉($28)~ 配料有銀蝦乾、東菇、魷魚、魚片、肉片及蔥花,銀蝦的蝦乾香味非常濃郁,與東菇是無敵的組合。聽店主說肉片是新鮮貨,也的確吃得到肉的鮮味,可惜肉質有點過熟。今晚的主角銀針粉,煙煙韌韌,很是滋味,惟吃着吃着便感到湯底有點過鹹。神級炸雲吞($36)~ 這道小吃確實當得起此稱號,雲吞皮薄而酥脆,豬肉及蝦肉作餡料,味道出色,最後要每人一碟才夠喉。上湯灼墨魚膠、蝦膠($45)~ 彈牙爽口,墨魚味不是太濃郁,蝦膠比較出色一點;湯底加入了麻油,雖然增添了香氣,但墨魚及蝦肉味就有點兒被蓋過了。星洲炒銀針粉 ~ 意尤未盡,見餐牌有炒銀針粉,想比較和湯銀針粉的分別,但老闆説材料不足,賣就無謂啦,倒是免費請我們試試順便給點意見;如此盛意拳拳,我們當然卻之不恭了。這炒銀針粉,配料跟湯的相若;只是少了銀蝦乾,炒過的銀針粉,表層焦香脆口,個人而言,更喜這個炒的版本;加入少量辣椒絲,更添惹味!二叔婆香肉絲 ~ 老婆喜辣,老闆特別拿出私伙給她品嚐,辣中帶香,果真不錯。 continue reading
