之前一直懶,食完幾次都未寫,點知拖下拖下,拖到佢10月1號就結業😢相信係外國人定local都好鐘意既一間意大利菜小店,小小隱蔽嘅入口,warm and friendly嘅裝修,哩間經常性都好熱鬧嘅餐廳我印象中成日full House, 無想到竟然突然結業💔永遠懷念佢地嘅pasta and wagyu❤️🔥

this restaurant locates in a basement so it’s definitely a hidden gem in Central.wagyu flat iron 200gthe meat portion was big. the steak was so tender and juicy. it’s grilled perfectly to medium-rare and it’s served with some side dishes, like potatoes. pappardelle with braised beef cheek, gremolatai really liked the texture of pappardelle which’s relatively a bit hard (i like it!)! it was also freshly made and cooked daily.

好耐之前就bookmark左呢間中環地窖意大利菜嘅手工意粉!雖有聽聞服務態度麻麻,但今次去又ok喎。當紅色磚牆配上壁燈,又幾有異國風情。店面唔算好大,唔算好寛敞但又幾cozy,氛圍唔錯,難怪平日都滿座!餐牌選擇唔算好多,今次我地懶得諗就嗌左七道菜嘅chef menuCHEF MENU $448pp𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞1️⃣Corn ribs粟米清甜有汁,燒得香口唔乾,不過松露同芝士嘅存在感都偏低,偏淡味。2️⃣Jerusalem artichoke較少見嘅超級食物:Jerusalem artichoke(菊芋)其實有別於artichoke(亞枝竹),口感味道大相逕庭。菊芋有少少似平時嘅薯仔,外層微脆相當香口,內𥚃微爽脆帶點煙韌嘅口感。蘸埋軟滑帶芝士香嘅custard、酸甜多汁嘅番茄、松子粒,香口夠味得黎帶點清新感覺3️⃣BurrataBurrata軟綿,奶香唔算好重。醬汁微酸帶basil香,開胃唔會太寡~𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙞 4️⃣Cavatelli虎蝦扭指麵有驚喜喎!質地好煙韌,細細粒裹滿醬汁,所以食落都唔會得粉味。虎蝦彈牙重蝦味,醬汁微辣更帶鮮味肉味,加埋微酸嘅番茄,惹味不失清新~5️⃣Pappardelle牛面頰寬條麵|牛面頰燴得軟腍入味,寬條麵每日手工鮮製,口感偏硬都算彈牙,充分掛滿牛味濃郁嘅醬汁。唔知係咪因為醬汁加左檸檬皮作調味,食食下有少少苦。𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞(Choose one between two ppl)6️⃣Confit duck leg油封鴨脾酥脆香口,但肉質較實,某部分位置乾左啲。整體偏鹹,不過撈埋底部細碎白腰豆都算ok~𝘿𝙤𝙡𝙘𝙞7️⃣Chef’s choice - Carrot cake難得我會欣賞嘅carrot cake!蛋糕好濕潤,綿密得黎唔會太實或太腍,帶少少彈性。甜度恰到好處,完全無我最怕嘅草味,配埋甜甜酸酸嘅frosting,唔錯~ 但呢個真係超飽肚整體嚟講,餐廳氛圍唔錯,手工意粉同Jerusalem artichoke值得一嚐。 Chef menu嘅價錢其實同單點都唔差超遠,大家不訪單嗌最想食嘅菜式~

最近又回訪了一家位於中環地窖裏的隱世意大利菜,看到最近推出Chef Menu,每人四百多已經有7道菜!-⃙⃘ AntipastiCORN RIBS玉米燒得焦香,加上芝士碎,沒有肉的Ribs也好惹味~-BURRATA芝士中最愛的burrata cheese!大大個切開有點流心的質感,加上簡單的調味、配料,如橄欖油和沙律菜,足夠清新。-TERUSALEM ARTICHOKE芝士加上不同配料如薯塊、小番茄和松子仁。-⃙⃘ PrimiCAVATELLI大阪燒風味的手造糬團,對於喜歡QQ口感的我,會給好高分,甜甜的大阪燒醬汁,加上鰹魚碎,好特別哦~-PAPPARDELLE闊條麵有蛋香,軟嫩的牛面頰,牛味超濃郁。-⃙⃘ SecondiPORK BELLY 豬腩肉燒的火候剛剛好,外面焦香夠脆,切開裡面肉質彈牙,以chickpeas作為配搭。-⃙⃘ DolciCarrot cake超大一個Carrot Cake,雪糕雲尼拿味道濃郁。

同一班朋友去食。 首先一開頭叫左幾樣野就話我地叫唔夠,一定唔夠食,個時manager個表情就已經唔係幾好,話recommend我地每人叫400蚊野。咁我地咪叫多左一個appetizer同一個甜品,本身都諗住下場再去飲野。 點知個manager係我地食緊野個時行左過黎催多左幾次我地叫多d野,仲要黑面,搞到成個氣氛都好差。甜品最尾都係比佢逼到叫多左碟…明明都已經夠哂飽。 好老實講,佢如果態度唔係咁我地可能都會比面叫多啲野食。但係你如果想我地比400pp既話,服務就應該好啲,更加就唔應該黑面同暗串客人。仲要唔止manager,其他侍應都係如是,咁樣都仲想收fine dining價。況且,呢間餐廳既環境、食物都唔係收400pp既質量,就唔好強逼人啦。
