話咁快就到聖誕個晚,我訂左啲晚上6點鐘(準時到達),剛好喺晚餐時段開始!人流都開始多,但由於訂左枱嘅關係好快就入到去; 入到去嘅感覺雖然唔似得出面啲餐廳咁有View有咩特別嘅Decroation,但俾我感覺真係好似去左英國嘅地下餐廳咁,紅磚嘅設計+播住英倫風格嘅音樂真係去啲感覺返晒嚟


到前奏點菜方面,由於係聖誕節關係,Menu一早己經Set好咗而我同老婆亦都費左一段時間去諗食乜好(事關樣樣都好吸引)!

Appetiser 我哋兩人就揀左‘水牛芝士沙律’同‘香脆魚手指配刁草醬’~本身以為水牛芝士會好膩同好滯,但嚟到嘅時候水牛芝士撈埋厚切蕃茄+火箭菜不但無剛剛所講嘅感覺,反而愈食愈開胃; 而‘香脆魚手指配刁草醬’嘅魚肉就略嫌有少少粉(個人喜歡咬落會有魚肉塊嘅口感)但值得一讚嘅係上碟嚟到仲係熱辣辣同脆,食得出係即叫即炸!(另外我哋仲加左$28配多個黑松露粉薯條,都係值得一讚嘅snack嚟!)

嚟到戲肉主菜啦!我哋叫咗‘紅酒燴羊膝’同‘黑安格斯肉眼扒‘ ~ 牛扒相信香港人周圍搵間餐廳都食到(但好食與否就另當別論),而今次食嘅呢塊‘黑安格斯肉眼扒‘ 嚟到我面前已經相當吸引兼驚訝,吸引係見到塊扒相當厚切>驚訝係塊扒相當於我兩塊面加埋!熟嘅程度介乎medium - medium well 左右,對我嚟講係perfect fit而且食落唔係’鞋烚烚‘嘅口感,呢下先緊要!;‘紅酒燴羊膝’ 係老婆嘅主菜,食落嘅第一個感覺係非常之’嫩‘,羊膝嘅大小雖然無塊牛扒咁誇張,但都同德國豬手嘅比例有得fight,而且塊羊膝皮唔太韌同唔太肥,Ladies們食都唔需要擔心食唔晒!

🤍餐廳裝修是以懷舊紅磚配搭的,內掛有不少霓虹燈的裝飾,還有空的白酒樽和啤酒罐做二次創作擺設、長身亦掛有不少60年代的外國流行明星的掛牆畫、餐廳內亦播放着懷舊60年代的音樂,餐牌上亦有Coffee corner ,主要用House blend Ethiopia guji 的咖啡豆, 大家不妨可以來品嚐一下
