呢日嚟咗深水埗搵食,意外發現呢間親民西餐廳,價錢相宜得嚟,食物仲要係由前任五星級酒店大廚主理㗎😎黑松露炒滑蛋配芝士和牛漢堡包漢堡包嘅餡料非常豐富,又一層黑松露炒蛋,黑松露嘅味道香氣撲鼻🍳 另外入面仲有芝士同埋和牛漢堡扒,和牛漢堡幾Juicy嫩滑,有軟綿綿嘅質感🐮當然唔少得嘅係蕃茄、青瓜同埋生菜呢啲配料。呢個漢堡包嘅伴碟配咗薯條同埋沙律,薯條仲係我最鍾意嘅粗薯條🍟肉醬千層麵呢個千層麵嘅肉醬同麵條嘅比例唔錯,有白汁,肉醬,芝士同麵條間住間住🧀 仲可以做到拉絲效果🤤 汁燒牛脷呢個小食性價比好高,牛脷好軟腍,一份有四件厚切牛脷👅 醬汁略帶點鹹味,同牛脷好夾,個人認為鍾意食牛舌嘅朋友一定要試吓👍🏻法式鵝肝多士一份有兩件,底下嘅多士係香草軟包,食落口唔算好硬,配埋煎得金黃嘅鵝肝,入口creamy,真係好有幸福感☺️ 加上有少少黑醋,更加可以解膩。巴斯克芝士蛋糕可以用優惠價$22加配蛋糕,呢日都有七至八款手工蛋糕可以揀。我哋就揀咗巴斯克芝士蛋糕,口感幾rich,味道又唔會好甜🍰飲品芒果沙冰,一杯份量充足,適合夏天嘅飲品🍧 菠蘿乳酸梳打,味道酸酸甜甜,幾開胃🍍食完先發現原來餐廳唔駛俾加一,真係高性價比到嘩一聲🤩 難怪咁多人喺門口等位啦 。

又一次證實相信某些媒體KOL的評價去試新嘢未必如佢地講一樣!去到呢間深水埗叫做體面些西餐廳1968,門口要等位以為應該正啩,等了十幾分鐘終於有得坐,叫了西冷牛排晚餐,另一位叫魚柳焗飯,未試過咁鹹嘅牛扒!塊肉本身醃到冇哂肉味兼鹹,唔關汁事!根本吃不下!成$138份晚餐,連大記快餐都好食多過佢!另一份焗飯仲衰,飯乾又生根本食完胃都頂!都要一舊水!連杯凍檸茶都做唔好,茶是澀的似浸咗成日!不知所謂,永遠都不會再來呢間所謂網紅推介小店,簡直推人去中伏

早一星期前電話訂座4位,到場後女店員話無紀錄開頭話本薄無寫喎,直程當白撞然後話有兩間分店(意思係我打錯去book另一間將軍澳店)唯有show通話紀錄,日期/號碼全部正確,對方先極不情願話 “咁我睇睇先” 就入番鋪咁我係門口搵定第間 & 順便等佢“睇成點”10分鐘後,佢出黎嗌完其他客入座就調頭走,咁我上前問即係會點處理呢?佢極不耐煩拋下一句“下一張比你地” 就頭也不回等待其間都搵左其他店,最後當然走啦特此表揚呢位臉帶暗瘡女店員,openrice帳號註冊18年來第一個食評就比左你了,2025 keep going🤣
