今日同朋友來到360餐廳,一行入去,成個環境有個浪漫嘅氣息,安靜,咁尼間餐廳,又可以食扒有可以打個小邊爐嘅;今次我地就諗住打個邊爐嘅,於是我地各自點左一份日式壽喜燒啦,咁我算係第一次食壽喜燒啦,個煲入面嘅材料都係差唔多一樣嘅,咁我聽講食壽喜燒時不可缺少嘅就係生雞蛋,雖然我地無食到雞蛋,但係餐前嘅小甜品(泡芙)同醬汁,另我喜心。咁我地差唔多都係點左一個主食(麵/烏冬),各一份肥牛,加埋煲入面嘅食材,對於一個都幾大食嘅人來講,已經夠曬,量都幾多下嘅。肥牛肉質唔錯,成個煲散發出來嘅香味唔濃,啱啱好,都可以睇出煲入面嘅食材內在味道都係偏甜嘅,所以令個湯底都幾清甜。特別係果個醬汁,甜而不膩,香而不膩,好似有個芝麻嘅味道,配搭食材,會覺得好開胃。價錢ok,唔算貴,係想同朋友好好輕鬆下撐下檯腳打個小邊爐嘅好地方。 continue reading

冬天最啱打邊爐,唔洗去吉野家,黎到360餐廳都有一人火鍋食😋平平地$68已經包咗蟹捧、鳴門卷、豆腐、香菇、蔬菜,可以揀牛/豬/雞肉,又有出前一丁/烏冬/飯,仲包埋野飲同甜品(泡芙一粒);如果你鐘意食海鮮,佢仲有個豆乳海鮮鍋都只係$88同朋友冇就住就住,想食幾多就照追加,最後兩個人加埋都係二百蚊就埋到單,超抵食🙈尤其鐘意食+$10就追加到既帆立貝,超大件好厚肉🤤呢間餐廳地點好方便,係西鐵站行幾分鐘就到,住大西北既各位得閒可以去試下🤪 continue reading

冬天就硬係想打邊爐碌碌吓,但馬屋有少少同其他同類餐廳唔同,佢係做一人自私鍋嘅,想食好啲呢到有黑毛和牛同北海道豚肉揀,如果再想食靚啲佢仲有個set係特選牛$349,咁小妹我唔係食得多又想食好啲就揀左平少少$309個款-「日本產黑毛和牛&北海道夢之大地豚」,依個set嘅牛都已經好靚,佢有隻係多雪花啲嘅降霜牛,一隻就瘦啲嘅,再加肉嘅大家就要留意要邊隻喇😝個人就中意雪花多啲個隻降霜牛,雖然唔知佢係日本邊個地方所出產嘅黑毛和牛,但可以見到佢嘅紅肉同油花分佈均勻,入口牛味鮮濃,肉質纖維重,相當美味。 而瘦啲個隻牛相對較有口感彈牙,食個陣感受到肉質纖維細細一絲絲,牛味同樣鮮濃,食起上黎各有千秋🤤🤤豬都好正。.呢個啱哂食肉獸嚟,食得多又中意食肉嘅朋友嚟食實番到本抵哂🤤 continue reading
