I went there at around 4pm to have a drink and then i was thinking to also have early dinner. I had the seat facing the street. Never said that seat will be reserved later. And before 6pm the staff said to me that that seat is reserved by someone and obviously it was a guy who’s their regular customer came. So the staff said sorry this seat is now reserved and I shall move to another seat inside. If the seat was already reserved earlier, they should let me know beforehand. I just feel that wasn’t very nice. I see the that guy was a regular customer totally. continue reading

本身諗住walk in去西環一間餐廳點知佢已經full book,於是唔打唔撞地就搵到呢一間 環境睇落都唔錯嘅西餐廳。食完先發覺原來係hidden gem!Set dinner 嘅麵包十分鬆軟,加上輕輕香草嘅點綴,總體感覺不錯。緊接而嚟嘅係前菜。今次揀咗一個 antipasto skewer,原來冇燒過嘅串都可以咁好食。 蕃茄芝士火腿配上雅枝竹,加上少少既橄欖黑醋做底陪襯,十分開胃!主菜今次揀咗carbonara同埋肉眼扒卡邦尼意粉 佢哋選擇咗係上菜之前打隻蛋黃等你自己撈,可以增加儀式咁之餘仲可以令醬汁更加濃厚同有蛋香。 你用嘅煙肉亦都唔係普通貨式食得出係好有心機。要大讚佢既肉眼扒,medium rare 煎得恰到好處,而且佢都冇吝嗇到煎牛扒嘅底汁。 面頭見到微微既焦點其實係香草。 係臨上碟之前將帶有香草味嘅油反覆咁淋喺牛扒面,令到牛扒嘅味道提升到另一個層次。 真心推薦,好食!埋尾有朱古力奶昔同埋心太軟配雪糕奶昔面頭嘅cream十分厚身,飲到落底都仲未散開可以筆到上嚟食。 而整體飲品嘅甜度都調較得啱啱好唔會太甜。喺未食心太軟之前先食左一啖雪糕,發覺佢既質地有類似土耳其雪糕嘅黏度。喺傾談間先發現原來佢地嘅甜品全部都係自家製。雖然佢嘅心太軟冇其他餐廳咁爆漿,但係就彷彿食到一陣家的味道。以後去西環又多一個常設之選👍🏼 continue reading
