香港好少專食汕頭牛肉嘅火鍋店, 616嘅火鍋出晒名多牛肉唔同嘅種類, 推介大家食匙柄同埋吊龍!匙柄:肉脂肪分布非常均勻,肉質柔軟,口感豐富,帶有豐富的肉汁同奶香味。其肉質細嫩,口感鮮美,且富有彈性,不會太過油膩或肥膩。吊龍:肉質好嫩同有彈性、口感好特別,細心品嚐會有一種甜味,油脂味會比匙柄濃,個人中意食吊龍多啲。醬汁:自助區有好多種類可以揀,同埋醬料區嘅衛生情況都OK,keep住會見到有人清理,所以食落都比較放心。

今日同屋企人一齊去食晚餐火鍋。如果食火鍋,通常我會選擇去食任食火鍋,選擇多d,樣樣都可以試下,唔駛一叫就一碟。但係我哥同大嫂好鐘意食牛肉,又未試過呢間,見餐廳離屋企唔遠,所以即日去book位,又俾我book到。個日去到發現原來餐廳地方唔太大,有小小逼,但地方都乾淨,有少少大排檔feel我地食晚餐第一圍的時段,但係某啲部位的牛肉都買曬/無供應?所以有點。食物好味,飲品都唔錯,但因為無紙仔寫住上菜的牛肉係咩部位,有1-2碟覺得好好食,想再encore,重複叫返都叫唔中,有啲可惜。整體黎講,散叫的話要人多d去食,可以試多幾款。

第一次去616,呢間北角店絕對影響到我唔會幫襯其他分店,所謂店長態度都唔係咁好,同行有細路都完全唔識處理,就算d野幾好食都冇心情食,再講,又唔係想像中咁好食,只怪自己book錯,總之冇下次

呢間餐廳都算係個人心水打邊爐嘅餐廳之一之前喺其他分店食過幾次 不過今次係第一次寫616嘅食評 都覺得呢間餐廳嘅食物質素都幾穩定 唔會話一啲舖頭湯底濃啲或者淡啲 食材亦唔會話好唔新鮮 所以今次決定出文讚下同其他潮汕牛肉火鍋一樣 將唔同牛嘅部位細分 而每個部位都各有所長所長 有啲牛肉油香味重 有啲就爽口彈牙 有啲就肉質幼嫩 用呢個價錢可以食同認識到唔同牛嘅部位算係物超所值不過個人來講我都係最鍾意食佢嗰個鯇魚皮 嚟到嘅朋友可以試一試

一講起打邊爐,我已經唔駛諗,一定首選616。如果鍾意食牛既朋友,616有好多出面揾唔到既牛部位,任你揀!(當然啦!要早少少,因為好快沽清)我同男朋友,2個人食到飽一飽,埋單都唔駛700蚊,仲要呢個質素,我完全諗唔明,點解仲會有人去任食?!佢每碟既價錢都係講緊48-68咁上下,份量岩岩好,仲可以叫到唔同既部位,岩曬我呢d咩都想試下既為食鬼!抵食程度但講環境呢!好明顯唔係食裝潢既,完全係憑實力取勝!最好早少少訂位!成日都爆囉!
