📍616牛肉火鍋專門店突然好想食牛肉火鍋,發現原來新蒲崗有616,主打新鮮牛肉同超多唔同牛肉部位,即刻去試吓先。我哋叫咗鴛鴦鍋,揀咗麻辣同沙嗲。我平時都唔食沙嗲,但佢嘅沙嗲湯底真係令我好驚艷,超級濃郁惹味,直頭令我愛上沙嗲,係每隔一段日子都會心思思好想再食嘅上癮程度😛💗配埋蜂巢豆腐,索晒啲湯汁真係超滿足。不過麻辣湯底就麻麻哋,冇乜味,唔夠香又唔夠辣,有啲失望。牛肉方面,我哋最鍾意就係吊龍,配埋蛋黃攪勻超滑溜又有肉味口感非常好。另外佢嘅和牛都非常抵食,只係$5-60就有一份。而且佢哋仲推出咗印花咭,一個印仔有七折、兩個印仔有六折、三個印仔直頭全單半價,超級抵!!原本見到OpenRice有食評話服務態度唔好都有少少卻步,但係我去咗兩次服務都好好。不過晚市去嗰次嘢食上枱速度有啲慢,可以改善一下。 continue reading

今次我拉埋啲朋友一齊去試咗間話題嘅牛肉火鍋店。咁多種牛肉,真係令人眼花撩亂,點都要有個好身段先夾得住😂。哩度啲牛肉選擇咁多,第一被俾我矜貴嘅鼓勵😍就係牛腩同埋牛展,個個話滑溜溜得嚟又多汁,真係滿足到我對牛肉嘅所有幻想!再嚟啲酥皮焗蕃薯🍠,啖啖軟綿綿,甜頭頭嘅,好似香軟嘅雲朵一樣圍繞喺個口腔四周。湯底方面,索嗖索嗖嘅酸菜湯質素有驚喜,酸香開胃,完全冇話嘢。至於嗰個牛油果醬,其實我初頭有少少驚,因為我怕滋味會太突出,不過點知呢個配搭竟然意外嘅合拍,令人意想不到嘅驚喜!要講至溝呢個詞都唔夠形容,每次夾一啖肉落湯舀上嚟,嗰份味道嘅回甘真係令人回味無窮。麻辣牛肉餃又辣又香,入味到爆炸,啖啖肉餡,仲要皮Q彈,我哋嘅脆脆米糕亦都係焦香撈飯,好過癮。總括嚟講,這家摩登又唔失傳統味道嘅火鍋店,絕對係大街小巷中嘅一顆明珠,愛食牛肉嘅你千祈唔好錯過喇!🍲🥩🌶️ continue reading
