我點餐時以為冷鍋酸菜魚是冷的~ 其實是熱的😆估計是處理魚的做法是用冷凍魚技術令魚保持鮮美!發現這個冷鍋酸菜魚份量很足!超大一份!很多很多的魚肉,又香又滑~ 超級美味~

最愛 酸菜魚 又去食,今次朋友介紹 捌壹壹 唔錯,試咗都冇失望幾多料,價錢都抵食。魚肉都幾滑,今次我叫咗小辣辣到啱啱好,又食到酸菜的酸香,湯都可以飲少少偏清不油身。入邊仲有金菇,芽菜,水晶薯粉,萵筍,嘅配菜份量都不少,所以不用叫其他火鍋配料都可以。特別水晶薯粉有驚喜,口感彈牙之餘又唔會比較糊狀。炒四季豆,今次沒有加辣度味幾濃,幾惹味份量都好足料。飲品方面叫生果茶,甜到可接受入邊有很多生果, 味道幾濃,有點荔枝紅茶,2人飲都夠因為十分大杯。

午餐: 酸菜魚, 選擇中辣, 酸菜魚 來到面前面頭有些乾辣椒碎, 飲一啖湯後,口內只有花椒油的麻在口腔, 一點也不辣,再將乾辣椒 壓碎一些 依然沒有辣味滲出 ,魚入口滑 冇腥味, 酸菜冇味道, 冇將酸菜炒香。 再點午餐 口水雞 中辣入口味道像使用製成好罐頭口水雞汁淋在雞上,大失所望味道。 茶餐廳形式,空位冇客人都唔可以揀位坐,冇服務可言,冷氣不足。 喺銅鑼灣而言我寧願去金百利食麻辣派對或其他選擇。 員工收銀傳菜一腳踢 ,各人做嘢唔統一,混亂,付款最好要睇清楚自己食過d嘜 單據銀碼 是否正確。

🐟铜锣湾又一家川菜馆子✅两只猪每次出街一定吃成人均乘以四,不出意外的话这次也不例外。📍位于铜锣湾兰芳道,靠近bake house以及lee garden 和时代广场那一边,逛街累了想找家主打烤鱼的川菜馆子这家可以考虑。 重庆麻辣火锅鱼 300一 条,选了原味清江鱼,小辣,口味的话个人觉得达到了及格线以上,自然不能拿内地的严苛标准相比,配菜也比较丰富,有黄瓜条,魔芋等等。 杂锦香锅 点了一份杂锦香锅,泡椒味,感觉香锅一如既往,素菜才是灵魂,不过所有香锅的通病就是冷了以后,味道就非常的难以形容,好比在吃满嘴香辛料。
