A1 bakery都係屋企會買生日蛋糕嘅蛋糕店，因為佢價錢唔算太貴，另外蛋糕質素亦都唔錯，賣相亦好靚。今次表妹生日都專誠訂咗一個蛋糕。蛋糕賣相唔錯，上面嘅芒果同水果都好鮮甜，都幾新鮮。另外我哋都叫咗佢最出名嘅＄55焦糖芝士蛋糕，呢個平嘅蛋糕卻係我最愛。因為芝士味香濃，夠實淨！餅底充滿牛油香味，食完一舊接一舊。

第一次食呢間既經典早餐，覺得ok,今次試另一款，epic fail🤦🏼♀️牛油果，但個牛油果有d啡色，唔新鮮，都算個蛋無味，似烚蛋多過egg Benedict,一分錢一分貨，由佢最fail係個包，硬既，食完牙較痺，作為一間面包店真係大伏，惟一可取係d生菜，幾新鮮，呢間既egg Benedict 真係唔得～～

原本都覺得A1-Bakery Cafe食品質素唔差，以前間中都會幫襯吓。以前餐廳用瓷器碗碟、不銹鋼餐具。現在用所謂環保餐具。究竟，怎樣才環保？還有，白飯會黏住碗邊，連器皿面層都會刮起，都唔知食唔食好。晚餐價格係西餐廳價錢，一啲都唔平，但用環保碗碟上枱，賣相降晒格。點咗幾個餐，個兒童餐攪咗35分鐘，最後先到。店員仲要話突然多咗好多單，但其實得四枱客，遲我哋幾個字落單的（單都放在櫃面），反而仲早過我哋個兒童餐。囡囡等到眼瞓，結果食得唔多。唉，咁樣我真係好難再幫襯。

A-1 is famous for its baking goods from years back. They have recently started to offer some breakfast items costing only under $20 for a cup of drink as well as a freshly toasted sandwich. I found this a great deal as you sometimes have to pay the same for really poor quality and pretty much a very boring breakfast in other places. This may become my go-to in the near future, until I am too sick of it lol

There are not many places that do Pon De Rings.Anyway, I got the Christmas edition from A-1 Bakery.Unfortunately, it was a bit too oily otherwise it would have been perfect because the texture was chewy and the icing was just right.
