To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食飽飯,順便去飲埋杯賞茶,好多人推薦,之前成日都會喺大陸度飲珍珠奶茶,但係呢間嘢係朋友好推薦去飲嘅,所以就特登搵過嚟,叫咗招牌紅茶粉果,$34,粉果睇落好似涼粉咁樣,但係會更加煙靭啲,同茶一齊飲咁咪好夾,但係記得叫走甜,叫咗少甜都覺得好甜,如果唔飲得甜嘅人,建議可以叫走甜,因為嗰粉粿自身都會帶少少甜味。下次再試下珍珠奶茶。
