周末在尖沙咀逛，无意中打卡了【香港仔鱼蛋粉】别看店面小小的，出品速度很快，质素也很ok ，而且重点是很有港味！👉来香港玩的朋友们真的要打卡一次这种港式粉面（来自北方的uu应该很少吃这种面🔸他们家的招牌是：崩沙腩 手切牛肉 鱼蛋🍲汤底也是很绝👍清淡但是很鲜（🤫老板娘说放了贝类 鸡爪去熬）🍜牛肉+鱼蛋 粗面我点的这个组合，可以选河粉/细面/粗面，是很经典的港式竹升面，我超爱爽口 很有口感 ！🥩牛肉 肉质很好，分量也挺多，面吃完了汤里还藏着不少的牛肉🍢鱼蛋 Q爽弹牙的，在汤里放了一段时间也并没有被泡得软趴趴 continue reading

諗住行下附近睇下有咩食，見呢間係新開 又有人係門口睇緊餐牌，我又去睇下先🧐舖頭細細間 得4張枱仔，不過都乾淨企理，5點左右入去坐低 都不斷有人入黎食~🍴魚蛋牛腩麵（$55）◽️魚蛋都幾大粒，食落彈牙有魚味◽️牛腩好淋唔痴牙，有連筋 連小小肥膏位，有牛味又有油脂香◽️麵無鹼水味👍🏻，不過好似煮得耐咗小小 食落偏淋唔夠爽口🫢◽️上枱前加咗炸蒜令到個湯底都好香蒜味🧄◾️估唔到又唔錯wo，同埋見到佢有崩沙腩同手切牛肉幾特別咁🤔 continue reading
