放工行過AEON 見佢哋熱食部D 餸有特價, 湊熱鬧睇吓有咩買嚟第二日午餐食。其實熱食部都好多嘢買, 夜晚特價選擇都不少, 有雞脾、雞翼、四季豆、炒飯、炒麵都有。不過為咗營養均衡 (有菜有肉), 我就買咗翠玉瓜炒雞肉, 呢個餸由$48 減到$30。外賣包裝好好, 包咗幾層膠, 唔會漏汁出嚟。而且個膠盒係可以放入微波爐叮, 好方便。盒餸份量都唔少, 除咗油咗少少。其他都還好呀! 翠肉瓜唔會煮到勁淋, 有口感。雞肉見到係用雞脾位置, 大骨, 唔怕啃親。 continue reading
