同女朋友去北角覓食, 試了這間叫做AGE的餐廳酒吧, 燈光暗暗的。叫左兩個SET DINNER. 頭盤係一個鴨肉凍批,看似一片午餐肉,食落有很濃的肉香,配埋碟上面的一些鮮果沙律, 味道很好, 手工之作. 之後渴了海龍皇湯, 隨湯附上兩小片多士. 湯賣相看似不太特別, 但原來落足料, 一大粒帶子, 一隻青口, 還有蝦, 成個湯都好濃味, 但未至於搶喉. 主菜自己試了一個鵝肝濃汁牛柳( 5 成熟). 賣相美觀, 鵝肝濃汁真的很香很濃, 與牛柳很夾, 但我覺得4 成熟會好一些, 配菜的份量都算頗多, 有一小堆薯角及一卷煙肉豆角, 薯角本身配似另一款醬汁, 與牛柳用的醬汁不同, 食落不會太膩, 但薯角炸得不夠, 唔夠香口. 反而那個煙肉豆角卷出奇地好味. 女朋友則試了鴨比, 起初擔心食起來很不方便. 但該店的職員解說鴨比花兩日時間烹調, 肉質已被煮至鬆化. 品嚐後沒有被欺騙, 肉質算鬆化, 但不至於鴨腿湯飯那個鬆化的程度, 味道可以, 外皮烤得夠脆~~ 太飽的關係, 只食了隨餐附送的甜品(檸檬撻). 整體算很不錯, 睇得出廚師對於賣相, SIDE DISH同花功夫的菜式都有一定要求. 價錢算合

整體算很不錯, 睇得出廚師對於賣相, SIDE DISH同花功夫的菜式都有一定要求. 價錢算合理啦. 因份量算大, 不過大部份的食物都偏濃味. 口味因人而異啦! 環境OK, 暗暗的, 幾舒服. 但不是很寧靜, 因為它本身係酒吧關係, 有不少白領酒客. 近地鐵站, 好易搵.

因此間餐廳位於我番工既大廈shuttle bus 站頭, 所以lunch 常到到這裡, 今天點了醬燒豬肋骨配BBQ醬, 頭盤係德國著仔沙律, 餐湯係椰菜花忌廉湯, 最後甜品有檸檬tart, 有樣野唔記得影既就係杯餐飲coffee, 因本人平時甚少飲coffee, 但我第一次係度飲完之後就每次都叫, 因為佢個咖啡味唔苦, 好香好滑, 依度已經成為左我同同事既飯堂, 不過P.S. 一句, lunch 最好book位, 因為每日都好爆.食左咁多日總括d水準都好好, 俾個笑都好應份….加油~~~~

為了慶祝我同老公既三周年記念 老公特意到openrice 找有咩餐廳好 之後就選擇左age了(佢話因為就腳 聽完之後都嬲嬲地)我地去到見到鬼咁多人 等左一陣 就有位喇 原來餐廳內只有二三十個位好左唔洗等好耐因為我唔食牛肉 so 老公叫左兩個魚 我地1人1個set頭盤 蟹肉意大利雲吞---好鮮味好食湯 全麥忌廉湯 佢地話係用啤酒煮 我覺得好怪 只飲左半碗 但老公佢話好正好特別 全部飲曬主菜I 野生john dory主菜II 法國sea bream兩個都好好食 而且好靚 好精緻 之前去咁多餐廳都冇見過咁靚既食物 不過我較喜歡個sea bream 因為食落口好滑 好似蒸魚咁滑 但塊皮好脆甜品 心太軟 好香 好濃 但唔係好甜 係超正... 又好靚 但開心過頭 唔記得影相 下次一定要影返估都估唔到北角都有d咁好既西餐廳 係soho都未必有咁原來老公佢冇選擇錯

兩個都好好食 而且好靚 好精緻 之前去咁多餐廳都冇見過咁靚既食物 不過我較喜歡個sea bream 因為食落口好滑 好似蒸魚咁滑 但塊皮好脆
甜品 心太軟 好香 好濃 但唔係好甜 係超正... 又好靚 但開心過頭 唔記得影相 下次一定要影返
估都估唔到北角都有d咁好既西餐廳 係soho都未必有咁

之前睇過幾本雜誌介紹依度,咁岩個客近依頭,於是黎依度happy hour傾野。傾野途中,個客話北角一直都冇地方飲野,估唔到依度竟然開間bar & restaurant。傾完個客走先,咁我就順便試下依度既和牛。由於太肚餓既關係,頭盤我轉左青口。青口好有鮮味,比想像中大隻(因為果度寫青口仔),d汁仲可以點包食,略嫌可以再熱少少。再黎係香菌椰菜花忌廉湯,好cream好重菌味,令椰菜花味變得比較弱,中規中矩。之後到主角M6和牛(五成)依個時候梗係叫杯紅酒。上碟好有法國菜既影子,和牛肉質肥美,油份十足,炭燒令佢香氣四溢,食落好多肉汁,真係「色香味俱全」。最後係跟餐送既小甜品mable cheese cake,真係幾「小」,味道都算ok,下次再黎轉個心太軟。

周日放假去左北角新都城買衫, 再諗住行埋港運城, 途中經過間裝修得幾骨子既餐廳, 見佢裡面都幾多人, 再睇下lunch menu, 都幾岩食, 入到去得番bar台位置, 都無所謂la一個人, bar台仲好, 叫左盲曹魚試下, 因為唔係周圍都有得食, 沙律同湯一齊上, 沙律略為細份左d, 但尚算新鮮, 湯係羅馬蕃茄忌廉湯, 酸酸甜甜好creamy, 好岩我口味, 到左主角盲曹出場, 還跟著薯蓉同d配菜, 連埋個橙色既蕃茄香草牛油汁, 賣相已經好吸引, 個魚比我想像中滑, 外皮好脆, 通常d煎魚令肉質都係會好乾, 但li 個做到外脆內軟滑, 還有少許juicy既感覺, 另外個牛油薯蓉都好細滑, 好重牛油味, 加埋個薯蓉, 份量剛剛好, 最後上埋個是日甜品, chocolate brownie, 不過不過,不太特別, 飲埋杯咖啡, wonderful, 又enjoy左一個美好既周日

去開太古坊附近做野, 見到依間餐廳d易拉架, 諗起飲食男女介紹過, 於是過黎試試lunch.門口招牌logo好特別, 去到附近好容易搵到. 去到叫左個海鮮千層麵, 頭盤係風乾鴨胸沙律, 一齊上既係椰菜花忌廉湯.風乾鴨胸第一次食, 好鹹, 跟埋沙律菜食就剛剛好.椰菜花忌廉湯帶住好香既黑松露味, 應該係面頭有d菌油, 湯本身都好清甜, 如果太濃會好漏,到主角千層麵, 面頭係蕃茄汁, 裡面好多好多唔同既海鮮, 賣相好吸引, 食落充滿海鮮味.最後仲有個香蕉布丁, 都幾重蕉味.

早排睇到經濟日報介紹,於是今晚去左依間餐廳食。我想食得清清地,所以叫左個香草蒜蓉牛油炒香菌同凱撒沙律(with煙三文魚);朋友就叫左個海龍皇湯,鵝肝特大蘑菇意大利飯,同一杯紅酒。 香菌好重菌味同蒜香味,雖然幾好味,但口味比較濃,偏向適合西方人。 凱撒沙律上碟好吸引,朵三文魚花好靚,個碗睇落好豐富;d菜溫度岩岩好唔太凍,芝士都唔係求期俾d芝士粉,連個凱撒沙律既靈魂-煙肉,都好好味。海龍皇湯好濃郁,湯裡面有一隻蝦,一隻青口,一粒帶子,跟湯有兩條烘到卜卜脆既香草包,仲有鴨肝醬牛油。Risotto,個菇真係好大,Risotto幾好味,略嫌硬左少少。個菌好濃味,食落咸左少少。

Risotto,個菇真係好大,Risotto幾好味,略嫌硬左少少。個菌好濃味,食落咸左少少。

之後食個牛面肉意大利飯。哈~自己又係未食過牛面肉,所以試下啦。個牛面肉比起DRY-AGED牛扒深色好多,個樣似係炆煮過好耐咁,切落去好鬆化, 個味同個肉眼好唔同,牛面肉個味好濃好香,帶小小騷味,好味~但個意大利飯覺得乾身些會更好食。

甜品轉左個芒果CHEESE CAKE,芒果肉唔夠香甜,但CHEESE CAKE口感不錯,又唔算好甜。配埋個雪糕球~爽哂

專登黎試dry aged.一黎我d fd extra叫左兩隻蘇格蘭scottish rock,因為我唔食蠔,不過佢地話好味喎.話入口creamy, 蠔味重,又唔太重海水味.跟住到主角~dry aged.第一次試dry aged,叫左個medium,黎到o既時候,我覺得個熟度o岩o岩好,牛味濃厚.甜品...加$轉左做心太軟.我本身係心太軟fans,這個做得不錯,外面脆脆的,跟住裡面d朱古力流出黎,雖然已經飽到爆,最後都俾我清晒...正!

是日同左為食豬事丁黎到呢間西餐廳場內坐位不多,幸好先行訂位,YEAH~一般西餐D人都會揀据扒吧,我就黎個返傳統點餸~要左個法式鵝脾,老細有介紹這個係經由長時間腌味加慢煮而成又真係俾佢攪到好入味既,而且好軟腍個外皮仲脆添跟住加錢要左個白酒青口仔...個配汁好正,用烤過面包點黎食,掂!掂!掂!青口仔多到你估佢唔到,呢個抵食到爆個Soup叫蕃茄唔記得乜忌廉湯添....好飲架另又叫左鵝肝意大利特大磨菇伴黑松露飯,由於太為食,唔記得影相超欣賞呢個飯,不過份量好似有點少,定因為太好味嫌唔夠呢最後嗌番兩杯酒再加個鹽香酥脆花枝片,成晚食到盡,好明顯係星級享受~

今次出job 黎到北角..同事話有間西餐廳開左兩個幾月...唔錯..就一於試下...佢個lunch meun 有5-6 個揀..個個都好似好吸引咁...最後食左芝士焗海鮮千層闊麵..佢個是日餐湯係白豆忌廉湯..開頭聽個waitress 講既時候心諗好似怪怪地咁...但飲落個味又唔錯喎~~幾好味...真係好少係第2到飲到li d 湯.個海鮮闊麵ok啦..不過佢伴碟d 瓜幾好味...食完成個餐仲有甜品..真係飽到暈呀...
