誤打誤撞發現咗喺利園三期嘅新餐廳「AH HHI 亞蟹」一睇就知道係主打食蟹嘅餐廳 餐廳有室外座位選擇 依家呢個天氣有啲風又唔熱都幾舒服😝.呢客馳名北海道小樽海貓屋蟹意粉 個名就夠晒勁🔥 餐廳仲話係用兩隻新鮮小型蟹去煮 上網一搵就發現 原來係仿照北海道小樽一間代表性餐廳「海貓屋」嘅招牌菜式🇯🇵 雖然海貓屋已經喺2016倒閉 結束咗超過40的經營 不過呢道招牌意粉就係經典之一✨ 意粉喺半浸喺有大量洋蔥蒜蓉嘅海鮮濃湯入面🧄🧅 麵條之間都係夾雜啲海量蟹肉 另外仲有一隻完整嘅蟹🦀 蟹肉份量真係好多 不過當中亦夾雜咗少量蟹殼 我個人覺得都可以接受😌 雖然我就無食過北海道嘅版本 不過呢個香港版本都算中規中矩 合格✅
