To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道新年會有特定餐牌,只供應某些餐點。當QR code落單新年甜品時,menu有寫清楚會奉送熱飲,實際卻要額外付費,有誤導。跟工作人員反映menu有誤,只不斷重覆說新年甜品並不會送熱飲。其實要付費不是問題,都預料新年會比平日貴一點,但既然不送就不要寫會送好了...

今日中午經過黃大仙但係呢間餐廳,比門口啲相吸引,見1點幾先入,仲有位就入去平時我都好少打食評,但係真係好難食。生牛肉河,泥到啲牛肉已經熟哂 ,好難咬個湯底仲冇乜味,加咗$20食雞翼超鹹。

下午茶時間見餐廳入面唔算太多人,又有個$20優惠下午茶餐,就同男友試吓。海南雞飯:下午茶份量都有一大碗,雞胸多,都有一隻雞翼,三個醬汁好正,特別係個酸辣醬,帶少少甜;薑蓉點雞都好正。另外碗湯有少少冬瓜,唔重味精味。鮮油咖央多士:咖央多士配杯嘢飲真係幾平,切開有四件。上碟時仲係暖暖的,入面塊牛油都算幾大塊,咬落口真係即溶化,一個字「正」👍🏼餐飲:叫咗凍檸茶同熱檸水,都係跟餐。整體嚟講食物質素方面算不過不失,可以一試。

叫個下午茶餐,炸雞翼西多士,應該油浸雞翼方包先啱…方包完全浸透油份,油而不脆,雞翼能做到炸完後充斥飽滿油份而不脆不香!我住北區…一年內連執幾間分店真的不無道理,應該好快會全線結業,成為不良的集體回憶!

買了個外賣返屋企食。食咗10幾年檬粉。。第一次食檬粉啲檬粉係生,硬骨骨,未煮熟。。。一啲幼一啲粗。顏色都唔同。 會唔會太出奇呢?連基本檬粉都未煮好。。。 食咗一塊生菜係酸,係變咗味嘅酸。。唔係啲汁雞髀多士正常,價錢都便宜$ 39蝦餅5件正常,但係味道一般,我仲以為自己係食緊炸豬扒。。。而唔係炸蝦餅
