叫一個pizza 份量足夠6人share. 原來pizza 才是亮點!這pizza 即叫即做,pizza 皮有麵粉香,薄薄的,十分crispy, 饀料十足。簡簡單單的只有磨茹芝士同松露油,口味清新又富濃郁的松露香,正!建議幾個人食buffet lunch 而其中一個叫pizza + buffet lunch set 一齊share , 不然的話,真的吃不下。真係幾好食。

雖然是意式家庭風味,食材比較普通,但
以138 在尖沙咀吃個意式風味的buffet lunch , 真的不錯。而$178 包buffet 包個大pizza 加飲品,性價亦比高。相對上次去港島食spiga 的semi buffet lunch 索價388一位,而味道選擇也差不多,在這家餐廳平平地一嚐意式風味,可以一試。

朋友推薦的一間餐廳。提前在openrice訂位,預訂留座是15分鐘,但是我們有事耽擱晚了20分鐘到,好彩由於是中午,人不多,去到依然有位。服務生都很"酷",面無表情,只有一位上菜的貌似東南亞裔的服務生對我們微笑服務。食物味道,整體不錯。生蠔很新鮮,沙拉中規中矩,意粉很好。原本不太鐘意白汁意粉,擔心會油膩,但是這一份很讚。Pizza也很好,餅邊酥脆,鐘意食pizza的朋友應該會喜歡。餐廳位於海港城海邊,很容易找到,夜晚的話夜景應該不錯。

好友和我都愛吃,都愛嘗新食店,經她親戚介紹到位於海港城Al molo ristorante italiano。因打算星期六晚吃,相信會比較多人,於是便預先訂位。 很方便,透過openrice 便可online訂位。原來晚餐分两個時段入座,分別是6pm 和8:30pm。我們選了6pm, 交枱時間是8pm。坐下後,先端來一些麵包,如可再溫熱一點便好了!旁邊的醬味很特別,微微帶點薑味,不錯。Sauteed spinach, 略嫌鹹了點。angel hair lobter, 龍蝦醬汁味道恰到好處,天使麵軟硬道適中。Parma ham pizza, parma ham 的味道不夠香,也少了點,肉質方面,則稍為乾了一點,可能是焗得過了頭一點。整體來說,也算是不錯的。

I visit this restaurant tonight with my friends , I am very disappointed about the customer services, they recommend the menu very rude, just like we cannot afford so expensive price , no fork provide when serve desert, nobody pay attention to us when we want to check the bill, all black faces, when I ask one of the waiter why their service is so bad? he said : yes we always provide this kind of services because we dont have enough staff, please wait and leave! I dont know how to rate their food

Al Molo係我地飯堂,只要起香港,一個禮拜一定會幫襯一次。基本上未食過難食既野,只有「普通好味」and「超級好味」兩種可能。我個人重點建議係,only order from pastas and pizzas, don't go for anything fancy, 真心。整體質素相當好,服務貼心,無可挑剔。食完去書店行下然後順住harbour返屋企,可算係我地拍拖一大美好回憶。

They serve different options every other day, I am impressed with their succulent-but-not-dry chicken salad, roasted duck breast salad with orange pieces, creme brulee (people queued for that!), cous cous with shrimps and kale salad with plenty of nuts in it. That's not only for carnivores, which you can see everywhere in this vegetarian-unfriendly Hong Kong. They have a lot of fresh veggies and greens well seasoned.

Then came the parma ham pizza with rockets. The pizza base was somewhat between a thin crust pizza and a thick crust pizza. The amount of the relatively young parma ham was generous. We were happy with this pizza but thought it was similar to Pizza Express next door. No offence to Pizza Express, which is one of our favorite family restaurants, but Al Molo is run by a Michelin Chef so we were expecting something more. 7.5/10

The simply and aptly named dish - "Spaghetti", with equally simple ingredients (namely basil, tomato and a touch of chili) was surprisingly good. We were pretty confident that the spaghetti was homemade. It was very springly and al dente. Everyone loved it.  Recommended. 8.5/10

I understand that the pan fried sea bass is one of the signature dishes of Al Molo. However, this was the most disappointing dish of all. The sea bass tasted bland and was slightly overcooked. The salami picante and the broccoli bits were a nice touch tough. 5.5/10

Having said all the above, I wouldn't rule out another visit to try their other pasta dishes at the al fresco area overlooking the harbour.

However, the salmon pizza
was really good, crunchy crust with nicely smoked salmon. The sea bass was of average.

For the dessert, the Tiramisu
was smooth and silky. The balance between the taste of coffee and rum was accurate, great match with the ice cream but the creme brûlée was quite a disappointment which the pie crust was too thick and can almost lost the flavour of the creme brûlée.
