喺屋邨商場有間印巴咖喱餐廳實屬罕見、一直都唔夠膽試因為資料唔太多、完全冇主menu 資料、大多數都係lunch啲普通咖喱睇相令人卻步。但原來午餐都有一系列advanced curry, 其中有Chicken Biryani 算係一款適合做第一次試嘅菜。結果比想像中好!原來呢度係有主menu、正宗印度咖喱款色絕唔欠奉、從此就開始encore 。呢條邨位置頗隔涉、都係街坊多、店夠寬敞、人流氣氛感覺良好。巴基斯坦老闆(?)100% 廣東話OK!【 Chicken Biryani 】睇老闆廚師心情、竟然會玩下變樣、隻蛋可能會用蛋包飯形式登場。【 Saagwala Chicken 】菠菜雞咖喱絕唔遜色、同出面好多印度餐廳不相伯仲、算有啲估唔到。Naan 就弱啲、又唔係好夠喉咁、但午餐價係包埋naan所以係冇得投訴嘅。呢間其一賣點可能係啲甜品、註明「爸爸自制」話係巴基斯坦雪糕。亦有【熱情孖寶】etc.【 Masala Ice-cream 】原來係雪糕加咗Masala香料味、第一次食。入面仲加咗果仁。原味清淡恰當、另有一款係用玫瑰花蜜款做topping。 continue reading

看了食評,抱著希望嘗試正宗印度餐,坐了半小時綠色小巴到這個商場餐廳點了個咖喱雞餐,結果期望與實際落差甚大,個人觀感,就連附近的大快活差不多價錢的咖喱雞都要比佢好,先不說咖喱雞分量有幾少,味道與重慶大廈的印度餐廳相比,相差甚遠,俾人的感覺就是將貨就價,唯一可取的是,燒餅的分量夠多,亦夠熱,服務態度亦算良好,這種體驗一次就足夠了。 continue reading

今日心血來潮,決定嚟一場味覺探險🧭。点了份瑪莎拉燒雞同咖哩薯仔燴蝦,可以講得上係味道駕馭得宜,唔係普通嘅水準。話說佢個瑪莎拉雞,肉質滑嫩,有種香噴噴嘅炭香味,每一啖咬落去既有咬口又唔會太乾,啖啖肉的感覺真係過癮到爆!而嗰個咖哩薯仔呢,講真,係我食過最惹味嘅一次,香滑嘅薯仔爛到出神入化,湊埋啖啖咖哩汁嘅蝦仁,卡滋卡滋,真係夠晒彈牙!當然,點可以少得佢個招牌Naan啦,腍到化,熱辣辣嘅蒜味輕輕一撲鼻,沾上那醇厚嘅咖哩,完美!至於芒果乳酪呢,就有啲驚喜,一點點酸酸甜甜,清新完結這場南亞美食之旅,喺這種炎炎夏日中,真係解渴又解膩🍮。實話實講,小店雖然不起眼,但佢個“物超所值”嘅平民美食,絕對係隱藏嘅美食寶藏!落區要留意吓,搵食寶兜住轉,支持下地道小店,仲可以捧個肚回家!🍴✨🏠 continue reading

【葵青區】【Ali 爸爸餐廳】之前走咗上嚟葵盛東搵嘢食,咁我自己就食咗碗麵先走,其實我仲買咗啲零食走。不過我想講嘅唔係物質上有啲咩拎走咗,而係想講我喺度發現咗一間巴基斯坦菜嘅餐廳,佢好似印度菜咁,都係食嗰啲差唔多嘅嘢。發現新大陸第一時間就梗係話畀朋友知,佢都大感興趣,於是過幾日就真係走咗去食。首先一人叫一個「優惠套餐」share 食,一個係 $90 嘅「咖喱羊燴薯仔」配「白飯」,一個係 $75 嘅「腰果醬燴雞」配「芝士烤餅」。前者略嫌平庸,白飯亦都唔係印度飯。後者幾有驚喜,腰果醬香濃之餘,雞亦都整得幾好。加上烤餅都好厚實,加入芝士之後口感更綿密,而且仲做到港女至愛嘅「拉絲」效果。如果有下次,我估我會再叫返呢個烤餅嚟食。之後見到啲「廚師秋冬推介」都幾抵食,幾方便我哋呢啲乜都想試吓嘅顧客。我哋要兩件「鐵板燒烤龍脷魚柳」,今次加「洋葱烤餅」,價錢 $55。個魚柳燒到外面少少脆,裡面就好嫩滑,功架十足,係真係得喎。反而個烤餅配洋葱就略嫌爭咁啲味,洋葱係夠,只係之前嗰塊芝士太邪惡,冇計。另外又叫咗份都係兩件嘅「鐵板串燒烤雞柳」,今次唔加嘢就 $35,佢哋整嘅雞我覺得都係幾好食,唔同我哋平時食開咁,但都係好正。之後係甜品,$35 嘅「印式雪糕」(Malai Kulfi)口感幾特別幾爽口,唔同我哋食開得鋪滑嘅雪糕,仲有啲花香味,得意。另外就係 $40 嘅「甜奶球」(Ras Malai),用花奶、煉奶之類浸住啲光酥粒之類嘅嘢,幾甜,幾好食。餐飯最後 $326 埋單,特色菜嚟講係唔錯嘅價錢。見到門口有啲小朋友嘅畫作,背後搵返資料原來都係一個溫馨嘅故事,有興趣可以上網搵吓,我唔喺度交代喇。不過個報導講嘅「招牌菜」係菠菜牛腩、串燒雞、印度奶茶,大家都可以一試。。。(地址:葵涌葵盛圍63號葵盛東商場地下8號舖)#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfoodiething #hkfood #food #1ambackup #1am0660 #tasty #globaleats #tastyfood #dessert #foodpics #followforfollowback #love #eat #1am葵青區 #葵芳 #Ali爸爸餐廳 #葵盛東商場 #咖喱羊燴薯仔 #腰果醬燴雞 #芝士烤餅 #鐵板燒烤龍脷魚柳 #洋葱烤餅 #鐵板串燒烤雞柳 #印式雪糕 #MalaiKulfi #甜奶球 #RasMalai continue reading
