這間酒舖加酒吧,實在是中環IFC一個好蒲點,精的小食,配多款在售賣機自己去㩒的葡萄酒,奈何租約期滿,這已是最後一晚。一直很想推介他們的鹹食雞蛋仔savory Hong Kong waffle,除了有蛋香,也有香草味,外脆肉軟,配合三配dipping sauce,分別為champagne mustard, muscat bacon and sherry cherry chutney,我最推薦champagne mustard,但這純粹個人口味,其實各有各好味之處。聽聞他們會另覓地方開業,期望這次暫別不會太久!

Hardware is nice n interesting, as for the service, I can say there's not much service there. The waiter n waitress kept chit chatting all the way, I have to raise my voice n wave my hand for help. I don't think this standard of service suit this place .

實際係港式雞蛋仔,不同之處就是它的source! 分別有加入香檳嘅Mustard, 香濃煙肉味嘅Muscat Bacon和sherry cherry chutney!這種不同source都有不同風味!而我個人強烈推介Champagne Mustard, 加入champagne作為醬汁, 並不是容易可以嘗試,這個source味道十分清新,輕微的甜甜酸酸味道,還有隱若帶出嘅白草味,使整個人的食慾大增。假如你是很喜歡吃肉的人,一定會喜歡Muscat Bacon,因為它充滿濃濃的煙肉味,愛吃煙肉的友人大愛這個醬!而Sherry cherry chutney雖然加入咗少少酒,但酒味卻不是特別濃郁,反而有一股果香散發出來!

雖然這道菜是一道簡單的雞蛋仔,但它加入西方創新原素,我與友人都感覺十分驚訝,沒有想過雞蛋仔配上不同西方的醬汁都可以弄得蠻特別!

另一道菜是比較清新的Salad。這個salad外表比教簡單,但實際味道即內藏豐富嘅層次!這道salad 以菜、無花果、雞蛋等等作為主要,另外更加上山羊芝士和Champagne,令原本平凡嘅沙律變得有層次,就好似錦上添花!

雖然我不是特別酷愛品酒,但值得一提就是這裡的員工服務真的值得嘉許!他們都係願意樂意地為你講解每一種酒特色,就算不太懂飲酒的我,他們都會跟我講介不同酒嘅特色和酒的nose,例如當日我選了Chateau Smith Haut Lafite, Pessac-Leognan, Bordeaux, Cabernet blend 試飲,這都是店員透過跟我談天討論,再為我推介!
喜愛品酒嘅人士,應該會很喜歡這裡!
