如果想吃泰國菜,必定會來到葵星寶星一帶,短短五分鐘路程之間已有三家餐廳可選 平日用膳時間比較遲,但我們一般會為了泰國菜而早點出發,否則餐廳就落場休息了 亞潘泰國菜的午市營業時間相對地長一點,三點半左右,如果晚動身就會直接來這邊 菠蘿雞粒炒飯 $48用的顯然並非雞粒,而是長條紥實,肉味更突出的雞肉條 菠蘿粒少,但因為偏酸,少一點反而比較好入口,當然,與腰果及肉鬆同食更滋味 至於飯底壓形後未有粉爛,每口都有些少香料香氣,不會油淋淋,正路出品 泰式雞肉炒金邊粉 $48雞柳瘦腍多件,蛋皮傳香,又有芽菜及炸蔥等配料伴襯夠足料 金邊粉條條均勻上色,入味又煙韌彈牙,可是油多,趁熱吃還沒有那麼明顯 酸甜兼備,調味恰到好處,嗜辣人士可試試加拌辣椒乾,我僅是剛好碰到已經要灌水了 眼前橙紅一大碗的喇沙雞絲湯粉 $45濃味又刺激,湯底比平日吃到的喇沙更為稠厚 雞絲量不少又頗大件,不過太容易吸湯,重口味多吃易膩,估計配海鮮會較佳 整體感覺較似沙嗲濃湯拌粉,如果湯底稀身溫和少許會更易為人接受

菠蘿雞粒炒飯 $48用的顯然並非雞粒,而是長條紥實,肉味更突出的雞肉條
菠蘿粒少,但因為偏酸,少一點反而比較好入口,當然,與腰果及肉鬆同食更滋味
至於飯底壓形後未有粉爛,每口都有些少香料香氣,不會油淋淋,正路出品

金邊粉條條均勻上色,入味又煙韌彈牙,可是油多,趁熱吃還沒有那麼明顯
酸甜兼備,調味恰到好處,嗜辣人士可試試加拌辣椒乾,我僅是剛好碰到已經要灌水了

最鐘意食辣野嘅我,一定會成日揾冬蔭功食啦。繼上次嘅冬蔭爺爺後我又揾到間係葵涌嘅泰國菜。呢間店嘅樓面都係泰國人,感覺好正宗。下午茶時間都係食午餐,我就叫左豬頸肉冬蔭功湯金邊粉,配凁咖啡。湯粉到左,一睇都流晒口水,不過都要試左先知攪下d粉真係好多,我怕索晒d湯所以拎多個碗分左d粉出𠼝。最後飲晒碗湯d粉係食唔哂,因為真係好多。個湯係正!不過唔太辣,對我𠼝講辣d仲正!最後忘記影嘅咖啡都好濃咖啡味,主要係唔太甜。呢間店我有時間一定會再試佢的木瓜沙律同生蝦!

攪下d粉真係好多,我怕索晒d湯所以拎多個碗分左d粉出𠼝。最後飲晒碗湯d粉係食唔哂,因為真係好多。
