To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔知點解,今晚食咗間炸得乾硬、牛油味又唔出眾嘅雞翼,忽然勾起咗我對安南越式牛肉粉嘅回憶。嗰度嘅牛油雞翼真係好食得多——即叫即炸,外皮薄脆,牛油香氣四溢,內裡雞肉嫩滑,熱辣辣送入口,滿足感即時爆燈。每次食都覺得回味無窮,係我心中數一數二嘅越式小食。仲記得同場食過嘅蒜蓉包都非常出色,外脆內軟,蒜香牛油味夠晒香濃,簡單但好正。最難忘嘅係香茅豬扒湯河,湯底清甜,帶淡淡香茅味,唔油膩,河粉滑溜,豬扒煎得焦香又唔乾,啖啖肉都係滋味。安南唔單止味道出眾,仲係我對越式食物美好印象嘅起點。好多餐廳嘅雞翼都唔及佢嗰份用心——原來,一啖好味道,可以成為一段記憶的起點。期待將來再訪,重拾舌尖上的美好回憶。 continue reading

是日加班,諗住食個下午茶再工作。見到下午茶價錢Ok,就入去。入到去坐低,order 完之後個呀姐命令我擺返好個餐牌去,明明個餐牌放係檯面度,我無理佢佢就大大力放返係牆邊。然後施施然去返自己位度食飯(可能我阻住佢用膳)。然後我埋單,需要收據,個呀姐好似好唔願意比張單我咁。食物就不過不失啦,都係正常普通不過既越南野。呢間野果兩個呀姐一向態度奇差,係疫情果排知道自己生意馬馬態度好少少咁多,而家故態復萌。呢個年頭呢啲鋪頭仲係不思進取,怪不得大部份人都食雙餸飯/返大陸消費都唔願意受呢啲食店既氣! continue reading

在鰂魚涌,走咗去太古坊附近找嘢食,好多店舖冇開(看似有些地鋪已比地產公司收購咗)。在橫街一連三間越南餐廳,有一間好似坐滿,又有一間無乜人,這間店坐咗一半人還有卡位添,就入去(其實這間在其他地區也試過)。叫咗生牛肉湯河,蕃茄牛腩河,熱奶茶,熱鹹檸檬水。生牛肉湯河夠熱,蕃茄牛腩河D汁就結咗D,D汁濃咗D,牛腩就好腍,兩杯茶飲就OK。地方好似有少少裝修過。其中一個姐姐有禮貌招呼。Overall,味道一般。 continue reading

平日1800放工,一個人行到安南門口,望望餐牌,竟然見到下午茶供應至 1830,便入去坐下。我多數會叫豬頸肉撈檬 ($52),凍飲加$3。味道都正正常常,賣相都唔差👍🏽店員態度亦係我留意嘅一項。其實這個時段已幫襯過幾次,我覺得幾位阿姐態度都 ok喎,跟食客有傾有講,還會記得某些常客會叫什麼食物。👍🏽先前安南 在筲箕灣道地鋪時,我一家已是常客,因食物唔差,價錢合理,又可做會員 (storellet) 儲分。 自從結業後,西灣河街坊們都少了一個選擇。 continue reading

中午12:00入去,只得4枱食客,安排門口位俾我,無所謂,未坐定就同我講繁忙時間即刻落order, 我連menu 都未睇,個服務員企咗喺度監我落order, 睇吓唔係套餐嘅menu 就衰聲衰氣話果啲無嘢飲,我連睇吓有咩食都唔得,「唔准諗即刻答」呀而家?你有無咁忙呀,9成吉枱你嚟催我?你同我講係繁忙時間?我話要牛腩河,寸寸貢話牛腩河有幾款,有咖哩牛腩、蕃茄牛腩、牛坑腩河,你要邊隻先?!我要蕃茄要咖哩會講啦,好難明咩?有必要咁樣challenge 返個客咩?而家得罪咗你?入嚟食個快飯要受氣睇人面色,我唔預你有咩service 都唔好西我面呀大姐,食餐晏仔啫⋯⋯!受完氣嚟OpenRice睇返comment 明晒,原來態度差嘅專業戶,垃圾,無異議! continue reading
