To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日中午和在大有工作的朋友一齊試食開了一段時間的安南越式牛肉粉。中午時段,未夠一點已經站滿等位的客人。我們等到差不多一點二十分才有位。餐廳感覺很擠逼,檯與檯之間空間不多。等位時我們已經點了菜。午市套餐都有十多個選擇,跟一杯飲品,沒有加一。朋友叫了香燒豬頸肉撈檬好味指數:8/10試過豬頸肉,燒得剛好,肉質不會過韌,好惹味。撈檬份量好足,男士都應該吃得飽。我想吃點熱葷,於是叫了雞絲扎肉湯粉,轉粉絲。一點小插曲,到了差不多一點八,我的食物還未到,比朋友遲了許些。在催了兩次後我的食物終於到。一夾起,不是粉絲,是湯粉。看一看點單紙,明明有寫轉粉絲,不過兩個字非常細。可能太多單,廚房弄錯了。因為時間關係,我都沒有告訴侍應。餐廳應該改善一下系統字體的大小。食過後,心裡的失落感再次下沉。雞絲只有幾條,而且好hi;扎肉味道普通。食物的賣相也倒人胃口。好味指數:4/10

我想吃點熱葷,於是叫了雞絲扎肉湯粉,轉粉絲。
一點小插曲,到了差不多一點八,我的食物還未到,比朋友遲了許些。在催了兩次後我的食物終於到。一夾起,不是粉絲,是湯粉。看一看點單紙,明明有寫轉粉絲,不過兩個字非常細。可能太多單,廚房弄錯了。因為時間關係,我都沒有告訴侍應。餐廳應該改善一下系統字體的大小。食過後,心裡的失落感再次下沉。雞絲只有幾條,而且好hi;扎肉味道普通。食物的賣相也倒人胃口。

真神奇⋯⋯整間餐廳好像只有一個較年長的短髮女員工在工作,其他三名較年輕的好像連應對其他客人的要求也好像短氧,更多的時間只是聊天,一起聊天........我住附近,見新開過來試試,甫坐下只是order 咗一碗熟牛肉湯粉,不消一會就上左一碗生牛肉湯粉俾我.....我告訴他我點的是熟牛肉湯粉,那士應對下我台面的單,拎開咗那碗生牛肉湯粉,然後.....拎著之前的生但是....經己煮熟了的牛肉湯粉俾我。我不禁要問「這真的是你們店裏的熟牛肉湯粉嗎?以我所知熟牛肉的定義是已經煮熟,肉身稍厚,肉色稍深的」職員很有禮的回答我「是的,我們的熟牛肉湯是用新鮮生牛肉煮熟的,不然你看不到湯上的白色泡泡.....」無言....如果我要食新鮮牛肉我又何需叫熟牛肉呢?!無論如何還是吃了,湯底入口不錯,很熱,飲完很口乾,應該下了不小味精師傅。牛肉很鞋,過老了⋯⋯過程中還不停有小繩繩飛來飛去,要不停區趕一下,吃得彼攰的。

我男友係純越南人所以我地成日搵Pho食。知道有新餐廳開,就去試吓囉。等位等左5分鐘very okay! 坐低就叫兩個生牛肉河 + 一客春捲 (4 pieces)。幾分鐘,Pho就上抬喇!我叫生牛肉,嚟到d牛肉已經熟o西!d湯又唔夠熱and 個味道唔係好strong=冇乜味。食食吓,我男友搵到一舊兩吋長嘅白色o野 (佢重以為係白菜!)。我一睇,一摸,就知係發泡膠!Free swimming styrofoam! 跟住d春捲到。 一食就知係再翻炸。d皮都幾un!不得不提個view,非常好!Request window seats! 不過6個staff,唔夠 serve。Anyways, 呢個價錢,你當食快餐啦!失望,冇吓次!***Pricing is not accurate. 食物質素一般,但服務員態度奇差,尤其負責叫飛的,錯而不認,因為你3個人不肯坐2個人位就一句唔知道,唔理你。唔食會有損失?Average quality food but with staff with an attitude! The receptionists giving out tickets were disastrous and the staff simply say they are not aware of you after they skip your number (since you thought your group of 3 cannot fit in 2 seats). Would I have missed something not eating there?

今天又要上班,天呀!何等命苦。下班時已是下午茶時段,相約同樣命苦的同事一同吃個午飯連下午茶了結此日。剛好行過大友商場,同事想食越南嘢,就決定來安南。這裡下午茶價格唔算貴,所以有不少人聚集等枱,我們等了十數分鐘,終於有枱。坐低後,一直冇人執枱,叫了侍應好幾次,侍應還回了一句出哂餐先執,咁你就唔好叫我哋入嚟坐啦!火火哋執好枱後我哋話可以落單,叫完嘢食我問了有咩嘢飲可選,佢又回了一句,"咁你又話落得單"我忍唔住再回佢你出面餐牌冇寫有咩嘢飲選嘛。再火火哋我哋分别叫了香茅豬扒金邊粉同香茅雞翼金邊粉,2杯凍檸茶就算了。香茅雞翼金邊粉的雞翼唔好話香茅味,連底味都冇,湯底亦冇咩蒜湯味,頗失望。不過算啦,都知道係食下午茶而已,不能要求過高。同事的豬扒好啲,有香茅味有底味,只不過係涼涼的,相信係一早做好,都係果句,下午茶就算吧,若然係正式晚飯,我一定打回頭。

《安南生牛肉湯河粉》很快就送上,連同配料紅辣椒絲及一小片青檸,精緻的大湯碗令人感覺期待,湯頭裡傳來陣陣牛肉湯的香氣,傳統越南粉的湯底主要用洋蔥和牛骨餚製,再加入冰糖調味,令湯底有淡淡的甜香,這兒正正是這種帶著輕甜味的牛香湯,不會過濃,蠻不錯的。牛肉粉裡還附帶應配備的薄荷葉及生芽菜,薄荷葉的那份獨有的清涼香味是我的至愛,混在湯裡很有感膩的功效。再在湯內擠幾滴青檸汁及少許紅辣椒絲,能提升整體的味道。
傳統的越南粉(越南語:Phở)用的是越南一種以大米製成的河粉,形狀、製法與潮汕及閩南地區的河粉或粿條相同,較港式的河粉幼身,口感既軟嚅亦煙韌。牛肉薄薄的,牛香味尚算不錯,入口柔軟。

《安南春卷》傳統的越南春卷必須配搭新鮮生菜葉,輔上香菜等卷著來吃,現在很多越南食店只提供生菜葉,這兒做法頗正宗的,在提供生菜葉的同時,還提供了香葉及薄荷葉呢

越南春卷的特色是用越南米紙作為外皮,中間包著不同的材料,炸至金黃色的春卷材料豐富,有粉絲、碎豬肉、胡蘿蔔絲、木耳絲等,用生菜葉及香葉包好來吃,爽嫩的生菜夾雜著鬆化香脆的春卷外皮及豐富的餡料,沾上越南魚露,口感豐盛,十分的美味。

我至愛的《越式滴漏咖啡》,我愛叫它做 "滴滴咖啡"
,這兒提供值得加分的服務,一般的越南食店為了控制成本或是節省時間吧,會預先在咖啡中加入了甜鍊奶後送上的,這兒十分週到地提供整支甜煉奶予客人自行按喜歡的甜度調配,個人覺得是個窩心的安排呢。這個只有越南滴滴咖啡才用上的滴滴壺蒸餾裝置,多年前小妹也在越南旅遊時買過回來,妄想自行在家製作,結果是它像件古董般一直放在廚櫃裡呢。先把越南出產的咖啡粉倒入滴滴壺,加入熨熱的水,咖啡便會緩慢而優雅地滴入杯中,待所有咖啡滴到杯中,再加入甜煉奶,拌均後倒入放滿冰塊的杯裡,即變成味道醇美的冰凍咖啡了。

越南咖啡緣起於廿世紀初期法國非常盛行的滴濾咖啡,隨著法國與越南的殖民關係而引入越南。越南咖啡採用深度烘焙的咖啡豆,通常在烘焙後還會加入奶油調味,研磨成極細的咖啡粉末,是越南咖啡最獨特的風味來源。

這兒的滴滴咖啡味道醇厚香滑,那份不會過濃的柔順口感是越南咖啡的特性,亦是我愛上它的原因。

這個一直下著雨的星期天,原只想閒適地喝杯冰凍越南咖啡,沒抱太大的期望,但卻在這兒找到一點點的驚喜呢。

Menu設計簡單,但座位方面就真係⋯⋯好似香港嘅真實情況,好擠迫,連好似劏房咁,一人獨坐,面牆獨食嘅座位都有,不禁令人唏噓。

對於撈檬呢挺嘢,我真係有舖癮,👻間間越南餐廳去到都必點!
而呢個一次過擁有🐔翼🐷扒扎肉嘅撈檬,絕對係最佳選擇!
🐔翼唔會炸得剛剛好,皮脆肉滑,且有實實在在嘅香茅味,👍🏼🐷扒如是,
可惜有d檬粉處理得唔好,有的黐埋咗,一嚿嚿咁!🙄
好在之後我落手幾重下,🙈淋咗好多汁同辣椒,將碗嘢兜咗幾嘢,
