The girlfriend & I were heading home after getting drinks at The Wanch when we came upon Angel’s. I thought let’s give this place a try & see if it is just as good as the Pinoy food in the SF Bay. We got the porksilog & 2 bbq pork skewers. Conclusion: Angel’s measure up. Did not disappoint.

菲律賓串燒，少見又少食，卻原來在菲律賓這麼熱門的！今次挑戰的就有豬肉串以及大腸串。在這菲律賓豬肉燒烤中，豬肉薄薄切片，先經醃製，串在竹棍上來燒烤。燒得剛剛好！燒好的豬肉片顏色潤澤，醬香四溢；肉片脂分有肥有瘦，吃下竟然做到肥而不膩、瘦而不乾，一句到尾，就是爽！正！到底菲式的串燒豬大腸跟港式的有位何區別呢？較之港式的，菲律賓串燒豬大腸應該是用嫩烤的煮法製作，口感比較軟身。香噴噴沒有大腸臭，很肥是滿口的脂香，用上的醬料跟港式的是兩回事，鹹中帶甜，蠻好吃的。完全能夠滿足到對串燒的渴求和思念！
