最後壓軸出場嘅就係甜品!完全係意料之外,非常好食,令人一試難忘!冬甩非常之煙韌,同我哋平時食開,好似麵包質感嘅冬甩好唔同,可以切開一粒粒波咁樣食,每一粒都超Q彈,撈埋焦糖再加埋凍嘅雪糕真係滋味無窮!旁邊仲有一點紫薯,雖然我唔知係點樣食,但我成粒咁食真係好濃紫薯味!總之個冬甩即係比滿分,係我食過最好食嘅冬甩!

至於「鑽石山」「荷里活廣場」分店「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯天婦羅」一人套餐裡面,但是我之前卻從未試過的「雪糕冬甩」甜品,名稱叫做「花之雪糕冬甩」。

由於「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」廚房,製作準備「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯天婦羅」兩款食品都或多或少地需要時間,所以沖繩風味冰凍飲品「黑糖檸檬茶」,反而變成最先造好上菜。

「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」的冰凍「黑糖檸檬茶」飲品,飲品裡面的甜味「黑糖」糖漿,成為「黑糖檸檬茶」飲品味道靈魂所在,沒有「黑糖」糖漿的話,飲品實際味道其實跟一般港式茶餐廳的「凍檸茶」沒有分別。

而且「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」廚房,為凍「黑糖檸檬茶」飲品而預備的「黑糖」糖漿實際份量,看來還只是剛剛好而已,只加一半「黑糖」糖漿的話,「黑糖檸檬茶」味道就變得沒有那麼甜,跟「少甜」版本沒有分別。

當時我第二次試飲享用「黑糖檸檬茶」之後,發現把壺裡面的濃厚甜味「黑糖」糖漿,全部都加進冰凍「黑糖檸檬茶」的話,就會令「黑糖檸檬茶」飲品的實際甜味感覺變成最濃厚,最完整的狀態。

所以享用「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」「黑糖檸檬茶」或者「黑糖檸檬水」飲品的時候,不要吝嗇使用加入食店提供的壺裝「黑糖」糖漿,以免浪費「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」製造的「黑糖檸檬茶」跟「檸檬水」的甜味。

至於「鑽石山」分店「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」為「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯天婦羅」套餐而製作準備好的主菜「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」裡面,我意外發現到有切粒的蔬菜「秋葵」。

我以前其實不是非常喜歡食「秋葵」,因為不是非常喜歡「秋葵」裡面,口感感覺偏向有點黏稠,而且加入「塔可芝士」後,形成了一絲絲糾結不散,十分漫長的芝士拉絲。

「塔可芝士」作為「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」的主要調味料,「塔可芝士」裡面濃厚香味、甜味跟綿密的組織,令「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」實際製成品的整體口感不會變得太過水汪汪,用湯羹撥起就發現飯粒沾滿甜味芝士。

而且「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」裡面的新鮮切粒「秋葵」,「秋葵」裡面本來口感黏黏的汁液隨著「秋葵」被加入「炊飯」裡面之後,「秋葵」本來黏稠的汁液也因為融入「炊飯」而在我眼前消失,「秋葵」變得容易入口。

而且「秋葵」裡面的黏稠汁液,隨著融入「炊飯」而隱沒消失,我發現沒有了黏稠汁液的「秋葵」,沒有我以前感覺那麼難以入口,口感也變得很爽脆,頗為配合到甜味的「塔可芝士」。

至於「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」裡面使用的米粒,米粒外型偏向有少許渾圓,感覺有點不像日本傳統的「珍珠米」,反而有點像米形較長的「秋田米」。

至於「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」裡面的米粒,米粒的實際口感感覺雖然偏向有點腍,但是米粒在被放進「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」裡面加熱煮,煮了一段時間之後米粒仍然保持完整,沒有化開。

沒有被煮到化開的米粒,最後沒有令「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」實際製成品變成了一鍋粥,反而變成了一鍋芝士味道偏甜,而且還有完整口感的「芝士湯飯」。

至於「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」套餐裡面的另一款主要食品「天婦羅」,包括有外層質感看似炸得有點硬的「唐揚炸雞」,還有甜味的「炸蕃薯」、香脆「炸洋蔥圈」跟「炸茄子」。

不知道是否因為「沖繩」一年四季氣候偏向比較溫暖,導致「沖繩」人飲食習慣都偏好濃味,所以「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」套餐裡面食品整體味道裡面,都隱約滲透一股濃厚的甜味。

例如「唐揚炸雞」外層看似炸得有點硬,所以「唐揚炸雞」裡面的雞肉實際上雖然是食到甜味,然而雞肉卻已經炸到變乾,口感感覺有點硬,食不到任何的肉汁。

不過我的味覺已經把「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」裡面的溫和芝士甜味完全吸收和感受到,所以之後食炸蕃薯,炸蕃薯味道再甜,感覺都已經開始習慣,有點麻木了。

至於「炸洋蔥圈」實際製成品除了味道非常甜之外,我還覺得「炸洋蔥圈」實際製成品裡面的口感感覺非常香脆,「炸洋蔥圈」裡面仍有來自「洋蔥」的香味。

食到尾聲,「鑽石山」分店「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」侍應終於都是時候,端着「沖繩塔可蕃茄芝士炊飯」套餐裡面的甜品「花之雪糕冬甩」送過來。

「花之雪糕冬甩」使用的白色雪糕球裡面,有類似「雲呢拿」的甜味,而且雪糕表面上灑了一些,顏色屬於紫色,味道偏向有點像「紫薯」的甜味粉末。

至於「雲呢拿」雪糕球跟冬甩之間,還夾雜了一些甜味「蕃薯」蓉,「蕃薯」蓉加上甜中略帶鹹味「海鹽」之後,形成了一種夾雜複雜鹹味感覺,而又濃厚的甜味。

至於「花之雪糕冬甩」冬甩裡面的實際口感感覺十分香脆,配合質地有少許偏稠,味道鹹中帶甜的啡色「海鹽」醬汁之後,感覺有點像享用有少許「海鹽」鹹味的甜味「冬甩」。

至於「雲呢拿」雪糕加上甜味「蕃薯」粉末之後,雪糕實際質感變得比較容易融化,很快灑落在味道又甜又鹹的「海鹽冬甩」上面,令「冬甩」外層口感稍為被醬汁淋到變腍,整體口感變得有點腍,非純粹香脆口感甜品

不知道「Antoshimo Cafe & Bakery」將來還會否推出有其他口味的「雪糕冬甩」,如果將來還有新口味「雪糕冬甩」的話,我或許會再繼續光顧下午茶或者晚餐。

One of my favorite restaurants! Their sets are of great value. You can choose one hotpot dish, one hotpot main, a drink and a dessert at the price of $93. 
For the first set, we chose honey mustard pork and super creamy tomato soup udon. The honey mustard pork was a bit of a disappointment, as the mustard was barely there. However, the cabbage under the pork tasted really flavorful and delicious. The super creamy tomato soup udon was marked with 2 chilis on the menu, however, it was not spicy, so people, like me, who cannot stand spicy food, can still enjoy this happily. The soup base was indeed very creamy and rich.
For the second set, we chose cheese tomato kimchi risotto and yuzu sweet and sour chicken. This combination was extremely delicious! The cheese tomato kimchi risotto was sprinkled with cheese on top. You had to stir the cheese into the rice, so that it would melt and become cheesy rice. The rice was full of tomato taste and the cheese made it super delicious. The chicken was crunchy, but was coated in sweet yuzu, which was the highlight of the dish.
The best of the set was of course the dessert! The donut was really chewy and hot, and the pairing with the strongly flavored and ample sea salt caramel sauce with the cold vanilla ice cream makes it perfect. There is also a small purple potato cream on the side, which is a nice addition to the already perfect combination.

Other Info. : Service is extremely good. However, I felt a bit pressured when the staff would do their job responsibly by always checking if you are done with your food so that they could take the empty dishes away. As a slow eater, I felt pressured when they wanted to take away my dish but realised I had not finished. Restaurant is quite popular so be sure to get a ticket earlier.
