充滿韓國文化氣息既餐廳,內裡裝修講究,掛有壁畫,亦有私隱度較高既席地而坐包廂,播放韓國hip pop歌曲,好似嚟咗韓國當地一樣,還原韓國味道。生拌牛肉魚生就食得多啦,但牛肉就未試過。據聞係韓國當地人好鍾意食嘅料理,於是我就即管嗌黎試吓。牛肉預先調味,以蛋黃、蒜片同梨絲拌為一體。牛肉新鮮、入口即溶,伴隨梨絲嘅甜味,完全唔覺得食緊牛肉,亦都估唔到咁夾,絕對推薦。牛腸牛肚鍋韓國人聚會飲酒必叫既一道菜!!湯底以新鮮牛骨煲制而成,香氣濃郁,仲可以當湯飲!牛腸牛肚鍋配料豐富,牛腸牛肚洗刷乾淨,另外配有米線、豆腐、年糕、金針菇等等,雖然有少少辣,但係呢個天氣寒冷嘅時候食,成個人都暖曬。額外加湯都係以牛骨煲制而成既上湯,實在令人驚喜。飲品都係由韓國運黎。因為我哋叫咗牛腸牛肚鍋,店員就推介韓國傳統水果酒—覆盆子酒,入口微甜,順滑柔厚,後勁回甘,令到牛腸牛肚鍋更加突出。

生拌牛肉
