狎鷗亭居酒屋已經在尖沙咀經營超過三十年無論是店員、老闆還是食客,大部分都使用韓文交流。當晚我和朋友大約在晚上十點前往用餐,仍然看到許多韓國人在那裡享受燒酒和美食。由於這間餐廳的營業時間長達十小時,從下午五點到凌晨三點,十一、十二點時也仍然人潮不斷,這顯示了它在尖沙咀的高人氣。此外,星期日和星期一的全單八折優惠,讓這裡成為我在全香港最愛的韓國餐廳之一。菜品的份量相當慷慨,兩個人點兩到三道就足夠。而且,餐廳還會提供免費的泡菜,吃完後也可以再要求添加。小菜的品質是評價韓國餐廳的重要指標,而狎鷗亭的六款小菜每一種都非常美味。特別是我最愛的牛蒡仔和小魚仔,未等主菜上桌,就已經被我們吃掉大半了!炸八爪魚雞是我們每次來必點的菜品。這次我朋友推薦的炸八爪魚雞令人驚喜,裡面有四隻特大炸八爪魚,搭配牛油蜜糖炸雞,醬油的甜味十分誘人。炸粉薄而酥脆,炸雞的肉汁也被完好保留,吃起來鮮嫩可口。那四隻炸八爪魚實在太大了,還得請店員幫忙用鉸剪剪開,方便我們享用。整體味道鹹香,口感爽口,我覺得三個人點這道八爪魚雞的份量剛剛好。紅燒牛排則更加讓人驚艷。這道牛肉煲使用的是XL size的牛肉,骨肉筋都非常完整,咬下去的新鮮

至於米酒,我平時喜歡喝Soju,這次卻是第一次嘗試米酒。它的顏色像牛奶,但實際濃度有6-7度,喝起來甜甜的,非常順口。店員還教我們要搖一搖再喝,因為大米酒精不可以過濾,所以瓶底會沉積一些物質,這樣才能喝得更好。

呢間韓國餐廳好正宗,除了裝修好韓式之外,連侍應都係韓國人。菜式好正宗,環境好舒服,一班朋友聚餐就啱晒,值得推介👍我哋叫咗以下菜式:❤️芝士雞蛋卷係一道韓國人氣小食,外層金黃香脆,裡面包住滑溜嘅雞蛋同豐富芝士,咬一口即刻流出濃郁嘅奶香,真係好惹味。 ❤️板燒LA牛肋骨:牛肋骨肉質鮮嫩多汁,用生菜包住,配上獨特嘅醬汁,蒜頭, 味道一流,令人一試成主顧。 👍❤️鮑魚人蔘鷄湯養生之選,湯底清湯透亮,鮑魚鮮嫩,成隻雞内放咗人蔘、糯米一齊煮,湯底充滿雞湯及人蔘味,喝一口即刻感受到溫暖和滋補,對身體特別好。 😋韓國菜當然唔少得自家製前菜,有醃製嘅小菜、泡菜等,開胃又解膩😋米酒清甜可口,帶有淡淡嘅酒香,無論搭配任何菜式,都能增加整體風味,令用餐體驗更完美。呢幾道韓國菜式,真係讓人回味無窮!
