是日老細帶我去食好野，慶祝生日！👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻原來帶我黎Aqua望住個景食午餐，食完繼續返工😂🤣🙈位於尖沙咀北京道一號，望住整個海旁，環境一流、食物質素高！帶子和三文魚鮮味十足！！😋😋😋炸物有水準👍🏻👍🏻意粉一般，但牛肉入口即溶，齒頰留香開心有美食有朋友一去分享！難道一到咁靚嘅view，食完影番幾張相留下倩影☺️相信夜晚個view更靚，happy hour更可以望住個天變色，值得到此一遊！

It's a fancy place with descent decorations and stunning view of harbour! The cocktails are varied and taste good!The staff are friendly and professional who give suggestion for the drink according to our preference, especially for the Francisco who is so informative and helpful to arrange a table for us and clean up our mess from time to time! We had great experience there! Definitely will go again!

老公神神秘秘帶我去食好野，哇，原來係一間可以睇到香港美景架餐廳！除有美景外，食物質素都幾好：壽司組合：全部都好新鮮，同唔係平時係街食到架壽司款式，係秘製醃過。刺身海膽，哩個就真係差左啲，有啲腥。奶酪芝士牛油果沙律：好味到，兩樣野架味道都好夾。龍蝦芝士pizza：龍蝦幾鮮甜，味道都幾好。

This bar is definitely one of the better bars in HK. The service is pretty attentive and sometimes you see them smiling. The food is kinda average but the drinks they are serving are good. The ambience is stunning and even better if you book a seat next to the window. Price-wise it's probably not the cheapest dining/drinking place in HK but if you wanna escape from the daily hectic it's a great place to hang out.

是日跟好友吃過晚飯, 想找個地點chit chat, 來到aqua. 平日十時多到達, 場內大約有六成滿, 以遊客居多. 店內坐擁著全港最美的維港景色, 絕對令人驚艷, 不愧是城中喝酒的熱點. 看看drinking menu, 選擇頗多也各有特色, 只好請侍應介紹. 筆者想喝fruity一點, 侍應推介Aqua Queen (HK$168). 友人則點選了HG Garden Geisha (HK$188). Aqua Queen, 果味偏重的雞尾酒, 帶丁點的酒香, 沒有過甜的情況, 感覺也清新, 很適合女士, 侍應果然沒有介紹錯. 好友的HG Garden Geisha, 聽聞酒味非常重, 全因有數種酒mix在一起, 酒量高的人士可以一試. 雖然是星級的價錢, 但質素也是星級的.

就算急急忙忙 早兩日先book 位都可以book 到，接聽電話，email同receptionist 都係同一個外籍員工，必定要講英文 好彩上網睇定資料，都聽得明d 菜式名，因為服務員唔會放棄任何一個sale 野嘅機會，打個電話都會問你要唔要埋甜品，好啦 我屈服左，未入到餐廳已經order左個tiramisu做生日蛋糕(其實想食甜品set, 但一定要一人食一份三款嘅甜品。。。太多啦!) 神神秘秘帶左男友上北京一號頂層，大門一開，內面超靚，好彩無俾多d 錢坐window seat(d 人坐低左淨係得個膊頭以上先有景睇, 反而內排嘅座位先睇到落地大玻璃嗰種feel) 男友形容好似去左戲院咁XDDD食物方面一般，普通到都唔記得個味，最深刻係個沙津，太凍又無味，係有少少青草味囉。。。好難食廚房唔知係味好趕時間，前菜先剛開始食，已經上主菜!個pizza 吹到凍曬，又凍又乾 ,芝士唔滑又太咸，難食到嘔牛排。。。。。最好食個d 蕃茄仔，有燒過下，吸左d 肉汁 好好食甜品個tiramisu 預先叫寫左d 生日字句，又幫手點埋蠟燭，好貼心ar~~哩個同街嘅tiramisu 唔同，面頭用奶泡代替crea

Menu 有好多 cocktail 都未見過，隨便叫兩杯試試先，Aqua special 及 Kowloon park。有免費薄脆及蒜香花生送酒呢，其實加左一當收左錢喇。Aqua special，味道同 fruit punch 差不多，糖水味道霸道，酒香味微弱，好甜呀！我最怕甜架喇。Kowloon park，菠蘿味強烈，飲唔到其他味道喇 ﹗澳洲紅酒，好難飲呢 ﹗仲要收百幾二百蚊一杯仔，又厚身又苦澀，嚇死我 ﹗可能要 breath 廿幾三十分鐘，等唔切啦 ﹗飲幾啖算數，放棄！Call 的士 返大埔 Baby Q 再飲過。係 29 樓 Aqua 食飽飽，就轉去樓上 30 樓 Aqua Spirit 飲杯野休息陣就搭的士返歸。係中庭 reception 等一等，見到四周都係燭光好靚，忍唔住拍幾張相先。與朋友仔享受完浪漫 dinner 後餘興未盡，飲杯 drink 談談情先。原來轉眼 7 年無黎探訪啊，時間過得真快！無意慾重臨既原因好簡單，食物質數麻麻，而且價錢昂貴，淨係食海景唔值喎。不過隔左那麼多年，比多次機會您，看看有否成長過，今次淨飲。坐位已安排好，就可以轉個彎直上酒吧喇。經過燈光樓梯就

返工咁辛苦，放工後緊係對自己好d，同知己happy hour下，解下壓喇!搭lift到29樓，轉右行上一層樓梯，映入眼前既係維港180°既靚夜景可能早喇，無咩人 (8點後先至愈黎愈多人) 揀左右邊第一張高腳櫈+圓檯，中間睇到bartender調酒，而另一邊景對住九龍, 下層係餐廳。waitress因應我地既喜好介紹適合既酒，服務態度都ok!高果杯係kowloon park, 有少少檸檬同蘋果味，唔太甜，因為vodka味仲濃，加上杯邊一大束既薄荷葉幾清新，但味道一般。反而另一杯daddy mac, tequila中夾雜菠蘿味，易入口，加上杯邊既黑椒刺激味覺,我覺得daddy mac好味d 之後送上一份免費既小食，wow!唔錯喔!有驚喜!唔知係咪以人頭計呢，岩岩好2份。全盤都係咸既冷盤，其中煙三文魚同火腿芝士飛碟最好味，而中間果小杯， cream mousse有好濃既松露味，幾得意!望住璀璨夜景同朋友傾偈，心情更靚!最後睇埋幻彩fing香江 (不看也不須可惜) 先捨得走!

位處北京道1號29-30樓的aqua... 29樓係餐廳，30樓係酒吧，呢晚我地選擇係30樓既aqua spirit飲返杯...最正係佢既無敵靚海景.. 個人覺得呢度絕對係全港最靚既景觀... 我地差唔多9點先去到.. 錯過左幻彩泳香江, 否則一定係最好既欣賞地方。我地兩日order左兩杯白酒，產自紐西蘭既Sauvignon Blanc...Server仲安排埋左酒小食,好窩心。在場員工非常有禮, 好健談，仲建議我地星期四 五 六黎...會有駐場DJ，氣氛好正。Aqua spirit的確係個飲野既好地方，下次一定要試下有DJ在場的日子。
