Although the blueberry tart was a bit too sweet, it was actually delicious.I loved the crust because was not too buttery and the tart was filled with a layer of cake, a thin layer of chocolate and cream topped with glazed blueberries.

大概自日本東北大地震事件後, 一股沖繩風在近年慢慢吹來香港, 在銅鑼灣地鐵站長期有沖繩觀光所的大型廣告海報及燈箱"Be Okinawa"...而東海堂越來越緊貼日本潮流, 先後有北海道牧場芝士系列、夕張蜜瓜、巨峰提子、愛媛縣黑芝麻、沖繩菠蘿等等...迷你蛋糕系列, 而最近除了有情人節白士多啤梨, 還有沖繩紫薯系列 (在日文稱"紅芋")...蛋糕整體的甜度不高, 切合香港人越來越注重健康的同時, 也注重味覺肚腹的享受...蛋糕面是100%紫薯蓉, 也竟然是甜度最低的一層, 吃下口感像一般的薯蓉, 感覺十分天然;下面就是五層的朱古力海綿蛋糕及紫薯cream梅花間竹地相隔: 朱古力海綿蛋糕味道合格而普通, 但同樣不會太甜, 質地也不會太乾; 紫薯cream幸好只有薄薄的兩層作點綴, 因為竟然這是最甜的一層...雖說蛋糕整體的甜度不高, 但也由於層與層的甜度差別太大, 一口吃下這層次豐富的蛋糕時有少許怪怪而味道不太互相配合的感覺...可以一試但没有再想吃的衝動, 特別是小小的一個也售百多元...

今年生日既第一個蛋糕新出的朱古力蛋糕,size唔太大,有幾重口感,我最鐘意中間個層好似truffle既朱古力,好滑又重古力味最底個層都好有驚喜,係朱古力脆脆,最難得係佢無淋,仲好脆口。個蛋糕overall都好味,唔係好甜,食完飯再食都唔會好滯,加上恆生卡有折,仲抵食,唔錯

飯局不時有意外美食驚喜,兩回合的留園雅敘亦不例外,正值食友生日,Deborah就買來芝士蛋糕慶祝,方才已吃過甜美的棕子,再吃呢味,就邊得好唔甜。無論如何是食友們的一番心意,再次謝謝,亦送上遲來的生日快樂~

呢個蛋糕同傳統Tiramisu好大分別...正常tiramisu有咖啡及甜酒浸過o既海綿蛋糕..但係呢個Tiramisu cheesecake...無左濕淋淋o既海綿蛋糕層~但係佢o既cheese已經有淡淡o既咖啡同Rum香..而cheese做得好企身好滑!!中間有o既普通海綿蛋糕層..中和左cheese o既油膩感!!真係超讚!
