最近去咗東海堂,買咗個萬聖節限定迷你冬甩,真係好驚喜!原價$5.5一個,而家平均只需$4.75,真係抵食!呢啲迷你冬甩一口一粒,外型精緻可愛,仲有個充滿萬聖節氣氛嘅盒仔裝住,真係好有節日感覺🎃🍩呢個限定系列包括迷你彩糖糖霜冬甩、迷你黑朱古力牛乳脆片冬甩、迷你糖粒冬甩同埋迷你朱古力夾心冬甩。當中我最中意嘅係迷你黑朱古力牛乳脆片冬甩,唔會太甜,啲脆片仲有口感,真係好滿足!呢個冬甩系列真係將創意同美味結合得淋漓盡致,無論係自己食定同朋友分享都好啱🍫✨呢次嘅體驗真係好滿意,會再次幫襯!如果你都鍾意呢啲節日限定小食,不妨去試下,可能會有驚喜!東海堂真係一個好地方,無論係節日限定定平時嘅甜品都做得好出色👍🏻 continue reading

放工經過地鐵站大堂的東海堂,看到不少新品,店員很熱情,不斷推介“十勝紅豆白玉丸子軟心黑糖戚風蛋糕”,說試過很美味。個人很少嘗試黑糖和紅豆口味的蛋糕,今次選它,並非因為店員推介,而是因為被蛋糕表面那個可愛的和菓子串吸引了!蛋糕表面的和菓子,其實是白玉丸子,丸子上面輕抹了一層日本黑糖醬,並鋪上北海道十勝紅豆粒。蛋糕體則以黑糖慕絲和黑糖戚風蛋糕為主,中央位置藏有紅豆軟心。白玉丸子太軟糯,口感麻麻,而且黑糖醬味道不明顯,所以丸子吃起來是淡而無味的。戚風蛋糕軟熟中帶點煙韌口感,個人而言還是偏好全鬆軟的口感。味道方面,蛋糕甜度較低,亦沒黑糖香氣或味道,麻麻。黑糖慕絲質感滑,但甜味、黑糖味等等一概沒有,簡單說是完全沒味道。光是這兩部份已令人非常失望了!內餡方面,蛋糕內藏甜度較高且滿有豆香的幼滑紅豆軟心和紅豆粒,純粹就這兩部份而言,味道是不錯的。然而,整個蛋糕還是有較大缺失,畢竟整個蛋糕都只倚靠紅豆部份提供味道,整體水準還有待改善。 continue reading

荔枝角返工,老世閒時都會買下午tea俾我地食,開勞動工個陣佢就鍾意點小食,就會係東海堂糕點。食過呢個cheese cake,個人覺得佢既芝士好粉,加麵粉較重,但調轉是不能太受芝士的朋友可以食到!個人都幾鍾意食呢個伯爵奶茶千層,層層分明,唔會食得好輪樽,都整齊,又唔會話好甜,又好濃茶味,岩香港人口味!撻就係大路同事都會食到嘅,個cream 都到位,唔會話好膩~雖然綠茶賣相好似wasaibi,但味道都唔錯的,呢個係motcha 千層,鍾意食綠茶的朋友可選~ continue reading

每次經過東海堂,也會心郁郁想買甜品吃(‘∀’●)♡今次3件有85折,立即要買買買🤤首先一定要食的是布丁燒,是有三重口感!第一層是蛋糕,接著是布丁,最後會有焦糖流出😍 第一口可以先食表層,然後第二口,三層一次過食,真的是超超超美味!有點似芝士蛋糕又有布丁和流心的焦糖(´∀`)而且杯子十分硬,洗好可以用來放東西!增量芒果大福,較普通~ 大福的外層薄身,但很易分離,芒果肉量正常,感受不到有增量,夾著少少的蛋糕。被最新推出的北海道黃金粟米甜品樣子吸引著,十分可愛的粟米樣🤣🤣慕絲有淡淡的粟米味,不會太甜,中層是海綿蛋糕,本身以為底層是木槺底~但很得意是有點似粟米片的脆脆層~ continue reading
