⸜♡⸝ Acqua Panna 68ʜᴋᴅStir-fried Spicy Octopus 148ʜᴋᴅRisotto with Porcini Mushroom 178ʜᴋᴅCrème Caramel 88ʜᴋᴅGrey Goose 118ʜᴋᴅ✩‧₊ 💬🍽️✨ 之前試過好多次Artisan Lounge 嘅高質下午茶,今次第一次試佢嘅晚餐,估唔到都係高質又抵食啵!首先是清爽嘅Acqua Panna,冰凍度啱啱好,係Iby鍾意嘅味道;Stir-fried Spicy Octopus,每一啖都充滿八爪魚同車厘茄嘅鮮甜,不過就稍微太淋、似泥,同埋一啲辣味都冇,不過調味好好,只要唔煮得咁耐,絕對係味蕾嘅享受;再黎係濃郁又Al dente嘅Risotto with Porcini Mushroom,每一粒牛肝菌都非常鮮甜,可惜有啲草青味,飯粒煮得啱啱好,加上濃稠而惹味嘅醬汁,令人欲罷不能;最後以零泡沫嘅Crème Caramel作為甜品,蛋味香濃、口感絲滑,上面嘅Cream充滿呍呢拿籽,口感同味道似雪糕,加上以高質蜂蜜做嘅脆餅,完全冇「乸脷」感覺,令人感受倒幸福嘅味道;配上一杯辛香味重嘅Gre
