To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").       晚上趕著去工作只能快吃，卻找不到有空位的餐廳，最後和朋友選擇去food court，而我就決定吃台灣菜～看到餐牌以為便當份量很大，實際上因為容器比較淺，所以不會很大，但材料卻很飽滿，對我來說是剛剛好！我喜歡它有飯之餘還有調好味的粉絲，拌飯一起吃味道很豐富，肉燥不會太肥膩並很夠鹹香，唯一不足是蔬菜實在太少，如果可以多點新鮮的蔬菜味道和營養也會更加平均，不過在銅鑼灣這個價錢可以吃到這個份量和質素算是很好了。

Basically rice with meat and vegetables. Much like Japanese ones but more stronger in flavor. They are often found in Taiwan, usually at train stations and schools as a cheap and hearty way to eat on the go.

        Menu is in English and Chinese. As it's a food court, there is no 10% service charge. They offer various bentos with  set drink. They have options to upgrade your drink to something fancier.

        I decided on the braised chicken wings bento ($54). Just to let you know ... there is a lot of rice underneath! You do finish this pretty full. It was pretty good! The rice, though a bit mushy was actually Taiwanese rice. The braised chicken wings were a bit salty but marinaded well. There was an egg along with cabbage, bean sprouts and vermicelli along with pickles. The pickles and vermicelli were spicy but packed with flavor. A good mix of savory, sweet, salty and spicy. All in one package! Pretty good.

        I settled for a green tea as I wasn't sure about this place. I didn't feel like adding an upgrade to another type of tea if  it might not be good. But surprise surprise! I was expecting bland tea! Instead I got a tiny bit of sweetness but not too much. And the green tea was quite good. A nice and lightly fragrant. This gives me courage to upgrade next time.

          很久也沒有去希慎的food court ，今天天氣很差，常常下雨，心想去希慎廣場就無須要擔遮，就決定去那裡逛逛，看有沒有「好西」吃。看到一個角落，有這間百芳池上便當，我和友人也未嚐過，就決定坐下一試。原則上每個便當也有粉絲、滷蛋半隻、粟米、椰菜和酸菜。我選了豬扒便當（$59），飲品要了阿薩姆紅茶，就不用再加錢，豬扒夠大塊，亦已切開一塊塊方便食，味道唔錯，炸得幾香脆，唯一是白飯不是太熱，否則我想效果來得更好。滷肉飯一向是友人的至愛，今天當然不會錯過，她還加了一杯黑糖珍珠鮮奶，就要另外加$19，友人也有同感說白飯不夠熱，珍珠鮮奶就有點過甜。

              同朋友去希慎食野，本來諗住食pepper lunch, 但見好多人，見呢間有台式便當食，就買左個百芳豬扒便當（$59），另外加左（$10）要南投桂花烏龍豬扒夠脆好食，另外有滷蛋，椰菜，酸菜，炸菜，粟米，粉絲，味道唔錯係油左些少，另外桂花烏龍茶都好飲，如果掛住台灣便當，可以一試。
