To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 係希慎廣場，最近開了一間台灣快餐係Food Court 11/F，位置就係角落頭，比較隱蔽。但因為見隔離有人食緊，所以都試下佢嘅炸雞腿飯，一食就不得之了，非常好食！！！好食在賣相首先好靚，擺碟擺得好有心思；咬落外皮好脆，一啲都唔硬唔淋；雞腿肉又好嫩好juicy，總之就係非常好味！除此，飯上面都有其他台式配菜，包括粉絲、肉燥、粟米同梅菜。整體來說，層次分明，好味！午餐仲包括一杯冰凍台式茶飲，可以揀綠茶、紅茶或烏龍茶。大滿足！

Hidden in a corner between a Korean and local siu mei food stores, BaiFung Bento is a new joint in Hysan Place food court that sells Taiwanese style train bento, and of course, bubble milk tea.For HKD$59, I got this BaiFung Pork Chop Bento and a drink. This bento is absolutely lovely! Pork chop was freshly fried, so it’s hot and had a crunchy top, which wrapped the juicy and meaty pork underneath. Yum! For HKD$59, I got this BaiFung Pork Chop Bento and a drink. This bento is absolutely lovely! Pork chop was freshly fried, so it’s hot and had a crunchy top, which wrapped the juicy and meaty pork underneath. Yum! Rice was rightly seasoned with sauce, so that it wouldn’t be like congee or too dry. Toppings were fantastic! The sauteed veggies, hard boiled egg, corn, and especially the rice noodles with spicy minced meat! I thought the portion might be too big for me, especially before a yoga and a gym class, but the bento’s depth was shallower than I thought, so the portion was just right.

I got an iced Roasted Oolong Tea to go with my bento, but I was too excited and forgot to ask for no sugar…So it’s full sugar and was very sugary indeed…I’m sorry but I had to give up half of the drink…

I already recommended this to my friend who works nearby. Do try it out yourself

I came to get something to eat at Hysan Place and noticed this new shop had opened inside the foodcourt. At first, I was hesitant in going near it because all the staffs were showing on their faces "Come in and buy! Come in and buy!". I circled around the space and still ended up choosing this to try out for my lunch. My order came out pretty quick. The pork chop seemed to taste off, like it felt like I was eating chicken or something instead of pork. The corn was over cooked but still edible. The minced pork was okay and needed more salt in my opinion. On top of the rice, there were even noodles which were found under the pork chop! The noodles were okay - nothing to write about. The best toppings on this bento to me were the half egg and the boiled vegetables. The egg was soft and bouncy. And the vegetables were crispy and well-buttered. The drink that came with this set ended my meal with a huge thumbs up from me. I was in bliss. The oolong leaves were roasted just right!
