To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨日Lunch Time試了呢一間台灣便當，所以餐具都係即棄式，好有台灣Feel我地兩個不約而同咁叫咗台灣鹽酥雞便當，都有杯茶跟埋餐嘅，另外仲叫咗個小食，每人要$73.5(Set Lunch大約六十幾蚊)。Set Lunch的Size算係細份，以我地嘅鹽酥雞便當作例子，$63一份，不過從下圖相入面嘅份量就知道其實女士就夠食不過男士就未必夠食。如果佢用個細D嘅碗可能會好D，衣家其實佢D飯只係薄薄一層，大約有1.5cm高啦，鹽酥雞嘅份量，以$63嘅價位，可以再多少少啦。返而杯冰茶係OK嘅，比想像之中大杯。相比之下，呢份$21嘅台式香腸都算OK。

喺荃灣食完晚飯行過諗住買返杯嘢飲，之前食過佢哋便當覺得好味，應該唔會太伏見到佢menu寫住芋頭牛乳沙冰，我本人又鍾意芋頭又鍾意牛奶又鍾意沙冰，諗住唔會差得去邊，點知一飲就中伏，明明見佢整嗰陣有加啲芋頭落去打沙冰成杯野一啲芋頭味都冇，牛奶味又冇，又唔係沙冰嘅質感，非常之黏杰，好似一杯泥漿咁，明明已經叫咗微糖，但係成杯嘢好似飲緊糖漿咁樣，頂唔順，飲左四份一就掉左明明食過佢嘅便當覺得好味，估唔到嘢飲係咁難飲
