之前一直好想試呢間嘅蘋果批和芝士撻,今日經過見無乜人,買咗個芝士撻試吓👇🏼伯爵茶芝士撻$26伯爵茶味好香濃,撻皮好鬆脆,芝士幼滑,焗得剛剛好,整體口感和味道都好好,size略細,覺得有點貴。

I arrived Causeway Bay early and came to try their seasonal Sakura Cheese Tart.After tasting so much sakura/cherry blossom desserts recently, I kind of feel this flavor is a bit like sour plum. This cheese tart definitely had a hint of it while preserving the creamy flavors of the cheese tart. The decoration on top was also definitely a nice touch. Worth trying if you come by Sogo.

💕好好味既芝士撻今日過開銅鑼灣經過sogo樓下,聞到好香既味道,見到好吸引既芝士撻😍忍唔住買左個黎試下🤤🤤嘩🤤🤤好好味啊🤤🤤🤤芝士味好香,食落都好濃,食既時候已經唔係熱,但都好好食啊!不過$24一個,真係唔平🤑🤑奢侈小食🤭但好好味啊😋講返包裝,我只係買左一個芝士撻,但佢好細心搵個都唔細既小紙袋裝住,幾靚既,但好似有點浪費🙃原來呢間舖大有來頭,起源自東京,怪不得咁好食,包裝又咁認真

(✪ω✪)✨好耐無行銅鑼灣Sogo,嗰日去到先知原來BAKE WORKS將Bake Cheese Tart同RAPL二合為一,💥雙倍快樂,梗係要試下啦!🧚🏻♀️~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~🧚🏻♀️🔸現烤吉士醬蘋果批 $42💸$42嘅蘋果批唔算平,但一分錢一分貨,🫨係真架!!佢個酥皮真係超級鬆脆,一咬落去就聽到"咔嚓"聲📣,據說有144層!牛油香味好濃郁,重點係完全唔覺油膩🧈!餡料非常豐富,airfryer之後裡面嘅custard更顯澎湃,💦邊食邊流出黎,加埋入面爽口嘅蘋果粒,口感非常好。🍎蘋果香味亦唔會被吉士醬喧賓奪主,酸酸甜甜,整體口感味道都係完美結合🤙🏻!🔹果醬芝士撻|藍莓 $28糾結咗好耐要藍莓味定原味,但轉頭再翻去見到藍莓淨翻幾個,🫵🏻就決定係佢啦!🤤曲奇撻皮同樣出色!厚薄適中,質感鬆脆,牛油味重。咬開暖暖嘅芝士漿流出,質地濃稠,好香濃芝士味🧀!而且有輕微嘅乳酪酸味中和下,所以食落就唔會好滯!🤢但係藍莓醬比較一般,甚至搶咗芝士風頭,原味好食好多!🧚🏻♀️~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~🧚🏻♀️見到佢仲有期間限定嘅楓糖核桃芝士撻,好心動!下次一定要試下!試過嘅朋友都可以share下喔😙✏️整體評分:3分💸人均消費:$50以下📍地點:BAKE WORKS (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣軒尼詩道555號崇光百貨B2樓32號舖
