今次尼到新鋪面，老實講舊鋪面確實地理位置更佳又有海景欣賞，詢問過店主都係因租金既問題而搬架啦，呢個亦都係香港小店既悲哀😩點都好今次都尼支持一下先睇睇我今日同友人參加既烘焙班日式焙茶蕨餅卷蛋 398$另外加一個同行友人（100$）（不佔材料）店主除左同以往一樣細心講解，一切程序手到拿來（話晒都係藍帶廚師😏😏）外（呢次卷蛋既味道非常合我口味，重茶味又不太甜，外觀又同出邊賣既差唔多，以下係我既過程同成品我呢個初哥都有90%還原度，拎出去賣應該都有100$既🤣🤣🤣😋😋希望大家多多支持香港既小店，唔去烘焙都幫襯下佢個online shop 買下材料用具～ continue reading
