我平時唔多鍾意食淡水魚,辛好今次唔係我點菜,先會試到咁好味嘅淡水魚。聽朋友講個大廚之前響大角咀好出名,加上舖前相片有蔡籣滿足的笑容,所以就算呢間舖只係開咗幾年都可以有信心。手抓餅- 好好食! 平均每塊$5,真係平靚正,可以食到飽飽然後用慳番嘅錢來食魚。小食拼盤- 味道剛剛好尖椒皮蛋- 又係好味到一叫再叫的菜式。擔擔麵- 雖然不是我喜歡的造法,不是濃濃的花生醬,但換來椒香也不錯。烤清江全魚- 主角來了,為了完全吃到魚的鮮味,所以配了酸菜味。肉質嫩滑,味道香甜濃濃,配菜也吃到停唔到口。烤海鱸- 鱸魚都是要用炸,配四川芽菜味,今次相反地由配菜成為主力今人吃到停唔到口。蒸粉絲帶子- 大大隻帶子,濃濃的蒜香。 continue reading

食物味道正常。不過份量非常少!!最重要係店內企係櫃檯前疑似老闆娘的姐姐態度極差。一入去坐低叫野食,我哋諗住叫烤魚,個姐姐問我哋要邊隻魚,因為有三兩種魚選擇,咁我哋問返姐姐想佢介紹下邊隻魚好啲。佢竟然用寸寸貢既態度話純粹大細分别。好!!!算數,我哋求其揀。到野食來到,一試味道正常,不過發現份量其少,咁我哋諗住再叫其他野食打邊爐,個姐姐又埋來落單,佢俾我既感覺係:你班友食完條魚仲唔走,仲諗住落單!!既態度來幫我哋落單。我哋幾個朋友都覺得呢位姐姐態度好差,不過既然來到就算,今次食完永冇下次!!!! continue reading

喺九龍城工作真係好多美食選擇,今日就嚟食熱門川菜烤魚"巴蜀烤全魚"聽個名都好特別!而且有好多款湯底嘅味道任君選擇,配菜仲可以另加添,我就鍾意食酸菜味,酸酸哋零舍開胃。😁酸菜味烤魚-小邊$228小邊都好大盤呢!埋相吸引而且盤下面仲有火keep住溫度,熱辣辣進食非常美味,小邊配菜有酸菜/大蔥/蒜頭/唐芹/紫洋蔥等等。非常入味,鯇魚鮮嫩,魚肉質又滑,食過不停。👍燒烤半打優惠$102侍應生介紹半打優惠價,便選擇3款秘製風味串燒,大漠羊肉串/鹽燒元貝/烤孜然雞中翼,每人都有1吋啱啱好!推介👍自家製嘅勃然粉好香,少少辣配羊肉真係好配搭啊!羊肉有少許騷味肉質嫩滑,元貝有8粒,燒烤過好香口濃味,當然唔少得勃然粉喇好美味啊!重有勃然雞翼,雞翼皮脆肉滑,好味啊!配飲品一流!👍飲品:百香果蜜$13/青島$25烤全魚美味又惹味就唔使講啦,估唔到就連秘製風味串燒都非常出色好味。👍👍 continue reading

去到九龍城除左食泰國菜,還有川味烤魚。朋友介紹左去試巴蜀烤魚,近西鐵綫。泊車又方便!餐廳設計風格簡單,廚師仲介紹左烤魚正確食法,一盤烤魚到左之後,用個汁淋上魚,再等一下先食,咁樣可以令到魚更加入味。如果怕魚多骨,最好叫海鱸魚🐟,今次試左香辣味,濃郁的味道真令人懷念中國地道的烤魚風味!加上冰凍的果汁飲品就更加好!烤羊肉串都不錯,用上不同的香味粉加上去,令到羊肉串的香味更好味😋燒雞翅更加好味😋下次可以再試試其他👍🏿 continue reading
