今晚兩個人去到apm鱷魚恤大廈搵食,掃下水牌,發現呢一間北斗翁新開架喎。上到去門口望入去裝修乾淨企理,環境舒適。雖然餐牌價錢睇落唔便宜,但一於give it a try!點一個花蛤海鮮湯底,一盤大手切牛肉(脊肉)、脆肉鱔片、手打四寶丸,再加一大盤雜菜。兩個人食,應已足夠。首先請根據個人口味調製屬於你既醬汁先啦!我個人口味喜歡清一點的湯底,好帶出生料原來的鮮味。這花蛤海鮮湯底,材料有花蛤、青口、魷魚鬚,但就略嫌味道稍濃。手切牛肉單看賣相已經吸引,表面布滿雪花,稍焯即食,牛味非常濃郁。(其實在家打邊爐我都會去街市買呢款牛肉,所以我知街市價約200多百一斤)鱔片肉質爽脆鮮甜,但有少少魚刺;手打四寶丸全部人手打造,口感一流,爽口彈牙,特別係墨魚丸蝦丸特別出色。而呢盤雜菜,但我去過唔同既火鍋裡面,最最最特別既一盤,雜菜種類多不在話下,最特別佢砌到好似一盤盆栽咁,好得意!值得一提,伙計服務態度殷勤,食到一半佢地主動過來「筆」走湯面的油泡,令湯底保持乾淨,值得一讚!最後埋單,渣打或匯豐卡有九折,埋單計數$718,兩個人食火鍋來講,都幾貴!

我個人口味喜歡清一點的湯底,好帶出生料原來的鮮味。這花蛤海鮮湯底,材料有花蛤、青口、魷魚鬚,但就略嫌味道稍濃。

手切牛肉單看賣相已經吸引,表面布滿雪花,稍焯即食,牛味非常濃郁。(其實在家打邊爐我都會去街市買呢款牛肉,所以我知街市價約200多百一斤)

打開餐牌有火鍋料,又有刺身食。
我吔三人點了個海底椰雞湯做湯底,建議大家先飲咗啖湯先,因為啲湯好似燉湯咁好飲,好似無咩味精喎!
跟住就點咗以下火鍋配料:
雪花牛肉~唔鞋且肉味香濃,仲幾大碟
鮮枝竹~一般
黑柏葉~爽口
皇帝菜~好新鮮呀
炸芋片~好粉
韮菜餃~幾大隻,裡面仲有鮮蝦肉
原個魚雲~靚,新鮮
我地仲嗌咗酸梅湯,同普洱茶,補充一下呢度如果你唔想飲茶係唔收你茶錢架,因為呢度係仲款茶咁叫嘅,同其他地方每位計茶錢唔同。最後每位奉送生果及甜點心。
總括嚟講這裡都是值得推介的店子,不過間唔中嚟吓好啦,因為價錢都幾$$$$$$

雖然看了上一篇劣評,由於女人想食,我又即本看你貴到幾癲。先讚:裝修靚,唔駛等(就算係星期五晚七時半最繁忙時間如是),坐得舒服(初時無卡位,畀張八人檯我兩個坐曬),位與位之間好闊,服務態度一流(之後我地話有卡位要轉位,侍應樂於安排,完全無問題),食材好新鮮,帶子鮮甜,雪花牛肉紅卜卜,玻璃生菜,連最後送果兩件西瓜都起沙及很甜彈:可能客雖不滿,但都有八成滿,環境略嘈,價錢超貴,成個樣樣都九十蚊以上(除了少部分四十幾蚊,如魚皮,我們叫了牛肉一碟(是標準份量,它有供應大份量的)、羊肉一碟、炸魚皮一碟、玻璃生菜一碟、四色丸、魚惑、花甲湯底,加埋送的生果甜品(即是兩片西瓜加一個紫米蕉),叫做總共八樣野,埋單八百八十,果然犀利,平民地區,酒店自助餐價錢,我都要用visa 埋單先掂結論:我兩人不算大胃之人,所以我才飽到而家,相信如果你同食得之人一同進食,要準備足夠$,還有我們沒有叫任何飲品,我見對面那檯一叫四枝細啤,已經過百蚊,他們張單肯定過千,更明白肯花錢食飯的人多的是,最後奉勸樣樣計較的人切勿到此一食
