今日收工又落雨,同朋友諗住喺附近食啲嘢,避雨避到去後巷發現呢間裝修好有格調嘅高質串燒,於是入去食啲串燒避下雨。我哋嗌左一串燒雞髀肉,另一串係紫蘇葉雞俾肉,同埋一隻燒雞翼。佢個雞俾肉上面塊雞皮燒得好脆好香,而另外一串嘅紫蘇葉亦都有佢獨特嘅香味。以朋友亦都好欣賞佢哋燒嘅雞皮,所以我哋額外又嗌左一串燒雞皮,燒雞軟骨同埋燒豆腐。個雞軟骨都唔錯,卜卜脆咁,配埋佢呢度啲sake,應該都幾唔錯。而佢串燒豆腐亦都好正,因為入面豆腐好滑出邊又香脆,絕對唔會燒到乾晒。肥牛金菇卷就食得多,但呢度嘅係卷左雞髀菇同埋萵筍。雞髀菇一食落去超級Juicy,好夾味。而萵筍卷亦都好爽脆,原來咁樣嘅配搭都幾正。而佢個燒翠玉瓜亦都燒到啱啱好,食落仲保持翠玉瓜嘅多汁。之後仲有一串燒冬菇,佢個冬菇好香牛油味,唔會燒到太乾而變成有苦味。另外仲有呢個甜嘅日式年糕Q彈又軟腍嘅口感,幾好味。最後食埋呢個芝士年糕,上面灑滿紫菜絲,唔知點解覺得佢個賣相簡單得來又好吸引。咬開之後見到滿滿嘅流心芝士,啱晒啲芝士控。

We got a few different types of skewers such as chicken thigh, chicken wing, chicken soft bone. The chicken was well seasoned and the meat was juicy. The crab roe salad and tofu, was on the sweeter side. The salad had lots of cucumber thinly sliced and so it was well mixed with the sauce.
